I just bought a 2012 TSX special edition from here, and i felt the total car buying experience was really smooth, and top notch. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a Acura come here and ask for Jon Do. He's very tentative, and listens to your wants and needs. We knew the invoice price, so we were set on the price that we wanted to pay for the car. We didn't want to go through with all the haggling back and forth with price. Jon already gave me the price before i came in to the dealer from another site, so i knew that's the price i would work with to see if i can get a better price. Even though that was a good price, i asked if he could go lower since it was labor day, and he worked his magic to knock off a couple hundred off. So we settled on the price of the car - But there was still one problem. They didn't have the color that we were looking for (Red). Usually some dealers would charge a locate fee to find the car you're looking for if they don't have it on their lot. Jon was able to locate it in a day, and quickly followed-up with me that he found my car.
I would definitely come back to this dealer when I'm ready to buy another Acura, and would definitely just ask for Jon Do!
I purchased a 2014 ILX from Acura of Fremont yesterday and the service was amazing. I bought the car through Frank, who was extremely helpful and worked his tail off to get me a deal we both agreed to. After all the financing was sorted out, I then worked with Olivia in finance. She had only been working at the dealership for a short time, but was already extremely knowledgeable about everything. She offered all the usual things, i.e. low-jack and what not, but there was no pressure whatsoever. This was my first time buying a new car and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience!
I purchased an RDX from Acura of Fremont, and simply put, I had a great experience with the team. Jon Do helped me out via email and phone before we met live, and his management/support team at the dealership -Bruce and Steve- took the time to introduce themselves and help work the deal. I had a unique financing requirement, and the team there understood, were empathetic, and worked the numbers every way possible to make the deal work for me.
Thank you to Carol Wong and Jerry Loftis for helping me get the car I like. Carol's enthusiastic nature was very accommodating to all of my needs and she is an honest sales person who isn't after your money. Jerry did a great job on getting me even lower interest rate than what the bank had offer considering my not so great credit...They made me feel like a family. It was a pleasant experienced. I would highly recommend this place to everyone i know!!!

This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and needless to say, I had a rather pleasant experience through Michael from Internet Sales. He was attentive to my financial concerns and answered any questions I had. He wasn't pushy, as how I had imagined car dealers to be, so I felt pretty comfortable with him.

As first time car buyers, my husband and I were anxious about buying a new-to-us car. Tin Nguyen approached us right away (we're used to being ignored because we're young and don't scream money) and gave us a great experience. He knew right away which car we were asking about, was knowledgeable about the features, and was patient as we worked out the deal. He didn't apply any pressure and got us a great deal on the financing. Steve Simon was amiable and responsive to our financing questions.
Our beloved MDX was super clean when we picked it up the support staff was prompt, friendly, courteous, and helpfull. From the guy that greeted us upon arrival to the cashier who finished our paperwork to the service manager who took time to check that everything was well with our visit this was like a time warp trip back to the days of real customer service. Thank you Team Acura of Fremont!!! We will be back!!
About two months ago I posted that we bought a Honda Odyssey from José Silva and were very happy with the entire process.
Today I want to say that John Nguyen really went out and found us a great deal on the financing. It took him a while but in the end we are very happy with the results!
