I cannot say enough about Knuckleheads. My husband and I were recently married at the Casino San Clemente. Brick Bailey and the staff at Knuckleheads bartended for my wedding and far surpassed our expectations. We were blown away by how friendly, down-to-earth and professional they were. Not only were they so nice to all our guests, they made a ‘signature cocktail’ for us and supplied us with a great open bar for the entire cocktail hour and reception. Their prices were VERY low compared to other bartending services in San Clemente and the rest of Orange County. They made it possible for us to have our full open bar for the entire wedding. Brick is very professional and a great person to work with. I felt completely at east with their staff. If you want the best bartenders for your wedding or special occasion I would certainly call Brick at Knuckleheads.
After the wedding reception the after party was at Knuckleheads. They had live music playing all night. Knuckleheads is located a block away from the Casino San Clemente and the Ole Hanson wedding venues. It is a perfect dive bar for your guests to keep the party going with a great casual atmosphere. Every time we are in San Clemente, we come visit Knuckleheads! Thank you Brick for everything!
mellow down to earth bar – knuckleheads is a fun time, its mellow , and the staff is great. the atmosphere is very relaxing and the drinks are cheap. theres no cover charges and most nights there is some sort of event taking place. which varies from karaoke to pool tournaments.
Fun Place – This is like the local cheers bar!! Everyone is welcome . They have great food and great bands on the weekends. There is no cover charge! They put together fun events, I recommend you check this bar out!
Great Food!! – This place is your average dive bar except the food is actually really good even when your sober. She makes the absolute best quesadilla I've ever tried. The only thing I wish they would change is the fact that their bartenders get really drunk while working. One time she actually didn't realize that she had my credit card in her hand when I was trying to cash out. Anyhow, the place has great prices, and food. Definetley stop by.
Knuckleheads is not the place to go. – This place had bad service, that would rather smoke out on the patio all night, than serve drinks, and i think she was drunk, didnt even try the food, just moved on.
Terrific food and, soon, entertainment – I was a head chef at the Dana Point Marriot for ten years and i was actually impressed and satisfied with the entre menue at Knuckleheads... my friends joke about me being somewhat of a food snob when it comes to sports bars like this - but it really did it for me.
Apparantly the owners are arranging for the Saddleback College jazz studies program to have their students play there on Mondays from 5:30 to 9pm. I've seen these perform guys before - they light up any place they play. I play trumpet and piano in this part of the county regularly and it's been a blast to see their college performances. The only part about this deal that distresses me is that many of the players are under 21, which may be a problem because of Knucklehead's ABC liscencing. I just hope they change that rediculous rule and let these kids play - they're fantastic! If they don't get in, where will i bring my of orchestra pit friends after rehersal?
