Pho Cafe

Tons of fresh herbs accompany most dishes. The flavors brights and aromatic. The beef pho is solid. The cha ca long perfection. Cash only.

Good pho in Silverlake. Cash only so beware. The limeade is super refreshing.

Silver Lake hipsters line up to slurp Vietnamese noodle soup from lunch until late night. – In Short
Rice noodles, wet and dry, are the staple of this affordable, trendy spot with its ultra-bright, ultra-orange retro look and young clientele. Classic pho soup is traditionally served with beef, or in a lighter chicken broth, garnished with bean sprouts, basil and hot peppers. The menu also includes fried egg rolls and steamed, noodle-packed spring rolls, fresh ginger tea and numerous vegetarian options. When the room is full, it can get very noisy.

AWFUL, SAVE YOUR MONEY – I love vietnamese food and was happy to see a new place that could save me a trip down town. This place used to be ok enough to put up with the retna-burning-bright interior and the lazy service, but my fourth time will be my last. service was poor and food was gross. The crepes were hard and greasy on one side and pasty, underdone on the other. The rice papper wrappers were stuck together solid and veggies were underdone in a pool of bland liquid. spring rolls were bland so was the lumpy dipping sauce. the cold noodle bowl was mostly lettuce and noodles were gummy. Poor service and everything was bland. A huge disapointment.
