DONT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE............I went in to order a new Raptor, the sales man Brian told be that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the truck. We'll it's week 7 now and after they have taken a $2000 deposit from me. I called to find out where my truck is, No one can give me an answer they just keep putting me off. Come to find out the order hasn't even been put into ford yet. I called to talk to the manager Mike Kitsmiller and ask what's going on and why I'm being lied to and he flat out tells me I'm lying about the quoted time. He said I didn't here the sales man right... Funny when 4 other people in my family herd the exact same thing he said. After calling me a liar and pretty much telling me to go screw my self the manager told me to come pick up my deposit and f*** off... Real nice guy. I was going to buy a $65,000 truck from them but now I wouldn't give then one red cent.... Way to go ford or orange
I had an excellent experience thanks to your marvelous staff. Every time I drive my Mustang I like it more and more...don't know why I waited so long to get one! The more familiar I get with driving this one the more I think I am going to have to upgrade over the next few years GT, 302 who knows maybe even a Shelby.
Christopher really came through and put on the effort that no other dealership was willing to do. When I came in putting in the special order only took as long as it took to type it into the computer. A Customer service 10 out of 10. I have been trying to place this special order for over three months and have gone through over a dozen other Ford dealerships. I left today psyched and excited about getting exactly the car I had hoped to get. You have gained a loyal customer for life!!!
Jason did an outstanding job--He kept me informed as to the progress on a timely basis, and what's more was honest in that there was really nothing wrong with the car.
My son is enjoying his new Ford and we thought the buying process was well done. This is the 4th Ford we have bought from Ford of Orange.
When I bought my used F250 2 years ago, I wanted to obtain some history on it with the VIN. Quite frankly, the service advisor at Fairway was an individual who made no effort at establishing a new client for his business and told me he couldn't help me. I called another local dealership and encountered another service advisor who was equally useless. I then called your dealership and spoke to Scott Boisvert. I was immediately impressed with Scott's friendliness and willingness to help. He got me all the information I was looking for and needless to say I brought the F250 in the next time for service and every time since then. The truck has undergone several major warranty repairs at your dealership and I would guess the total service revenue generated for your dealership is approaching $10,000 from this vehicle. Scott's level of professionalism and customer care is off the charts and sadly has become a rare thing in today's world. My son recently brought a used Ford vehicle to Scott for an inspection and he too has told me that he will not go anywhere other than Scott for service.
Jason in the service dept, he got me set up and my truck taken care of for me. Turns out it was a pcv hose that broke and was making my truck run rough, got that fixed and an oil change and was home by 3:30 I'll be back again for any other service I need on my truck, Jason was very cool, and the guys out back got my truck fixed and out the door in the time Jason said it would take, even got my truck washed and cleaned which doesn't happen very often Thanks
Strictly reviewing the service department here:
My 2006 Ford Fusion had been having transmission problems for months (including lurching while shifting and some pretty scary slippage problems while shifting on the Grapevine in heavy traffic) and I needed to get it fixed quickly, as I had events planned that I needed to drive several hours for.
I came without an appointment and they told me in under 2 hours what the diagnosis was: I needed a new transmission. Maybe they were ripping me off because they wanted the money from a new transmission. Who knows? All I know is i did NOT want my transmission to fail on the Grapevine or somewhere else. I left my car there to get the new transmission and the set me up with a complementary rental with unlimited mileage. The only thing I paid for was extra insurance on the rental (which was optional). Everyone I spoke to was very nice.
3 days later they called and told me the car was done (and they washed it!). It drives like it should now and I can drive with the confidence that the car won't suddenly die on me.
My review is based on my experience of buying a new car.
I had looked around on the Ford website for a dealer in the area that had a Focus in Frosted Glass and Ford Of Orange had been the only one. Went in and dealt with Bill who was so nice and made the whole experience easier.
We had a hiccup with one of the floor managers who came off as rude and pushy, but his attitude was remedied immediately when he was called on it. Other than that, V.Jay, who I think does Internet Sales as well as Finance, did such an awesome job with the interest rate and really took care of us when it came to dealing with the bank.
I won't be using this service department since McCoy Mills is much more convenient for me, I'd definitely recommend going to Ford of Orange for your next car purchase, just ask for Bill or Vjay.
Bought a truck from them back in 1996, worse experience I have ever had, thought I would never go back. Was looking to buy a 2013 Mustang, went to Villa Ford and they had minimal cars to choose from.
So, went over to see what they had, ready to tell the sales people "just looking".
They have all new sales people / management who were great, no pressure and they worked with us to get the price we wanted
Moral of the story, never say never, was a pleasant buying experience.
We left getting a great deal.
