Excellent service from the moment I arrived - inc. the fellows in the drive up service, the man who arranged the loaner and Ed who took all the info. Everyone was helpful even tho it was a very busy morning
The service at the Morristown Mecedes is exceptional. They are efficient and competent. Willie is the best client relationship managers, willie always make me feel welcome and he has a positive can do attitude which lighten up the situation when my car needed service. Thanks! You guys are on the right track, I will be a returning customer for sure even though there are other options to choose from.
I am always so pleased with my experience at Morristown MB. Everyone is soooo nice and helpful. I love the loaner car and that they return my car washed!!!

I needed urgent service on my '07 S550.
So when I called the scheduling department, I was ready for the run-around. Very tricky...they gave me an immediate appointment, at a time that fit my schedule. On top of that, the scheduling person was pleasant and professional.
Of course, I was suspicious.
Then, when I brought the car in, Ed Salwan, my service advisor, was also pleasant and professional.
Now I was really suspicious.
Then these guys pulled a real fast one: The loaner car team got me a nice (new) car...right away...no waiting. C'mon. I wasn't born yesterday.
To top it all off, the service was performed at a high quality level, promptly, and at a fair price.
Somebody should report these guys!
Run-flat tire was not holding pressure. Julio was able to address the issue, and had the tire replaced due to a nail imbedded in the tire. As usual, excellent service......
Mr Caldwell was professional and helpful. On the negative side the loaner was not ready in spite of calling. It took a long time to get us into the loaner.
Alex has been consistently terrific since day 1 and really is the reason I bought my new car at MBM.
Unfortunately for the customer, in my estimation, Mercedes-Benz takes too long to get back to the customer with a plan of action in terms of service. I understand sometimes parts are not kept in stock; however, faster response time to the customer and the next appropriate action to be taken will eliminate the need to keep the customer waiting so long for an answer. It is fine if an order needs to be placed with Germany but there has to be a way to let the customer know this in a more timely fashion.
Will is our salesperson who is always a pleasure to deal with.
