Bad Business Practices- we own small
pizza place and we bought conveyor oven from them and had 90 day warrany . guss what from day one we had to call them for atleast 6 to seven time in first 30days and its only when 42 days guss what ..... broked again and i called them and they said they came next day we dont have ppl up in the area i am only 2 miles away from there shope in kent wa and guy show at 1 pm and i told him oven jsut stop working and from the plug smoke came out he took a look and said i think your plug just fryed soo you need chage that . i said ok . he like u have too pay for just the part i dont have it i was like ok you want me to buy from next door ( we have mclendon) he like i go and came back 20 mins later and took him like 3 min to put it so 30 min total that is beause he spend 20 min at store wich is 1min away from us then he start making bill wich was 97.00 for coming fee. 19.00 like the pat. $ 130.00 dollor for labor and to just chage the plug and less then 5 mins work bill came to almost $ 300.00 yaa the tax too. when i confornt guy to explain me it took you 5 min to your work and it cover under warranty he like i dont want to explain he call guy and his boss dont want talk to me and he like we will send to our bill and walked away . and he didn till anything that there fee for just coming inn he didn till i will charge u 1 hour fee even take five min he said we just charge everyone these pricese . ......guy plase read this review and and let me know do u guys think is it fair five min work 300.00 and i call his boss he like i dont wanna talk about this i just said take his oven and pay me back my money and
note... you can buy same conveyor oven for 1500 less then what they sold me for. i just got riped off and i want to till everyone plase stay far far far aways from this place and use anything but them they just scam , and dose not desclose what the charge before they do the work. i advise to everyone ask them in detile everything first or they will hurt you with big bill.......and they are soooo rude the owner is name scott. dont trust this them.....BAD,BAD,BAD,BAD,BAD,VERY ,BAD, EVERYTHING IS SCAM
We called Complete Restaurant Repair to fix our ice machine. They arrived promptly and fixed our machine within an hour of their arrival. We definitely plan on using them again.

Read all of the reviews against these clowns and go elsewhere. Total scam, they will charge you way more than agreed upon and may/may not fix the actual problem. A few parts and a little labor will go from a few hundred dollars to thousands without any disclosure.
Bad Business Practices. I wish I would have read these reviews first!! I employed them to fix a dishwasher. Terrible work, Terrible communication, and pricing is not disclosed. Underhanded business practices that you should not involve yourself with. I do not recomend using this company for any reason, and I wish we could get the word out on a bigger scale.

The appointment process is simple and efficient. We have used this vendor on several occasions for our business repair needs. They have repaired refrigerators, gas ovens, electric ovens, commercial dishwashers and other appliances. They are generally close to on time when scheduled and will call ahead if the arrival is more than 1 hour behind schedule. The employees are well dressed, appear knowledgable and friendly.
Repair parts generally have to be ordered which requires a return visit, however the delay in receiving parts is due to the unique brands of equipment etc. and it is therefore expected. One of our issues with them is that the return visit to install the part is charged at full price without any discount which could probably be handled differently since it relates to a previously charged matter. All in all the workmanship is good. The Billing practices on the other hand are below any acceptable standards. This company has several negative reviews, all relating somehow to billing and billing practices.
This company engages in the practice of increasing a customers invoice by 3% if paying by credit card. Although the company discloses this practice, it is in violation of the merchant agreement as set by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. All credit card issuers clearly state that a merchant may offer a discount for cash payments, but may not increase its invoices for the purpose of having its customers pay by credit card. We tried on 3 separate occasions to clear this up on our last invoice, however, the company's owner refused to aknowledge this and insists that it is within his legal rights to inflate invoices as long as it is disclosed.
At the end of the day, we felt hassled and the take it or leave it attitude clearly sends the message that this company could care less.
It is the terrible customer service that has made us look to a new vendor which whom we are very happy with. Complete Restaurant Repair is not a company we would recommend. Save yourself the hassle.
NÐ?,NO,NO,NO................................... Do not use them,this company is a scam.Never ever even try them because they charge double for everything they say.They charge travel time for nothing. And for 10 minutes work you have to pay $211.They charge for parts which they not put.
Bad, Bad, Bad. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY CHARGE 10 TIMES WHAT THE PART COSTS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I OWN A RESTAURANT AND IT COST ME 700.00 TO REPLACE A THERMASTAT IN A OVEN, RIP OFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL RIP OFFS, GOING TO BBB NEXT TO REPORT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Know that when you call them, they will fix whats wrong for a huge fee, and then it will stop working soon after. They may fix the problem "and come finish up after they order a part", but dont be afraid, it will likely cost just as much as the first time
