It seemed good, but then it really wasn't.
I had a grand time with my sales person, I walked away proud and happy and drove off with my first new car. Scott, the man in financing was rude from the start, he was very indignant and pushy when I wasn't interested in his warranties.
This is where I caution you, they made it seem like everything was fine and dandy, that I had qualified for an awesome deal on a lease, and everything was said and done. A week later I got a call telling me that because of a single late payment on my credit history I wasn't going to qualify for the deal and I quote "We were just hoping Volkswagen wouldn't notice it." This bothers me because they knew my credit score and saw my history when I was in there working with them, the number is the same with that late payment on it. Because I couldn't find a co-signer and didn't have a bunch of extra money to put down I was going to need to get qualified for a different program and loan. What they came back with was a loan for $5,000 on a used car instead of the lease agreement on the brand new car. It is your typical yo-yo financing. Spot delivery scam. It is literally by the books. I had a contract signed and everything, and I found later they had a pretty strong inkling I wasn't going to be getting the deal they told me I was.
So my advice is prepare to grit your teeth when Scott starts telling you in which ways you are wrong, like how you don't really want to get a warranty at the moment, or how "you might not know how the world of credit works." As well as get financed somewhere else before you go in so you don't have to deal with the frustrations and embarrassment of having the bring back your vehicle.
The only good thing I really want to say about them is that they didn't try to charge me excessive fees or fight me hard to purchase from their dealership when we told them how unhappy we were. But I will never be going to that dealership again, which is to bad because I like Volkswagens.
My brother just "bought" a car there.
2 salesmen pressured him for 8 hours and once he was so worn down that he bought it, they did like many other people here have reported and lied to him about the costs, and tricked him into buying things he did not need. ($1000 for "key insurance")
They offered him cash back, but simply added on the cash back to the total amount of the sale.
This is the capitol of very cheesy car salesman!
Protect yourself, stay away!

Our car buying experience, as always, was amazing. Axel makes car buying SO MUCH FUN! He is always looking out for you and making sure you're getting the best deal possible. Various options discussed in terms of leasing, finance was not prohibitive for my point of view as a new person to USA with no credit history.
