We have used Bell Plumbing for 10 years. They are always on time--always give upfront estimates and the techs are very courteous--we ask for certain techs , like Curt, because they know this house and are easy to work with. The other reviewers must be talking about some other company-because in 10 years we have never had a bad experience--quite the opposite !!

worst customer service and just arrogant and stupid – Please do not waste your time , money and patience for a company that is arrogant , rude and not smart when it comes to providing good service. my service man was nice and appeared to want to help me but Brian the manager only seems it fit to make as much money as possibe with no regard of qualiaaty of service and certainly no reasonable way of communicating fairly or effectively! This is a sad ending to a company that has been in years for a long time, so much for my loyalty!!!!! do no t call them ever!!!!!!!! They do not care , they only care how much money they can make in as little time as possible with as little effort as possible!!! Entititled to be taken care by thier cleints even if it is not in the clents best interest.

Rude and Overpriced – We needed a 3rd party contractor to review issues with our swamp cooler. First contact, we were told a serviceman would come out to inspect and determine what to do. There would be no charge for this. Surprise, when he arrived he charged us $ 98.00 before even going up to the roof to check out the cooler. He did nothing but said an estimator would need to come out. That estimator, Mr Selby, was rude and didn't even get up to check the cooler. He looked up from the ground, wrote up an estimate of $650.00 to remove and reset. That is all. They would do nothing else unless other issues were found. Then they would charge more to fix it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We demanded a refund on the $98.00 which we did get.

Thanks to Bell Plumbing – This past summer my AC unit broke down the night before hottest day of the year. Although Bell had no times available due to the heat, they sent out a tech at 9:00 on a Friday night. He didn't leave my house until after 10:30, but when he left I had air. I will never call anyone but Bell.

Poor Service D- – Poor service on a recall order for a tankless waterheater. No call or responce or message. Just did not show.

Very unprofessional quotes, impossible to get on the phone, unreliable scheduling – I should have known that my difficulty in getting the remodel scheduler on the phone was indication enough that this would not be a good company. Once I did get the plumber here for the rough-in work, the plumber himself was fine but had no paperwork for me to confirm in writing my estimate given over the phone, had no idea about payment, and was clueless about what to do to schedule the follow-up installation of my bathroom fixtures. In addition, he got lost coming to my house so was late AND had to go to the hardware store once he got here because he was not prepared with the right equipment. After that it took me 1 1/2 WEEKS of calling and leaving messages to get the scheduler on the phone again in order to discuss these issues. Then the day of the install comes around and THE PLUMBER IS A NO SHOW. I call and they claim he told them he was already done with my job, everyone there has a different story and no one is clear what they are supposed to do. Once the plumber arrived he was completely unprepared for the job--wrong parts, etc. and has to run to the hardware store AGAIN. I still have yet to see a paper contract/invoice. I highly suggest that you use a different company--save yourself the stress of playing phone tag and confusions with bad communication going on within this company. They are obviously poorly managed.
