WORST HAIR CUT EVER!!! – I had really thick long hair, my hair went to about the middle of my back. I wanted to get my hair cut to about 2-3 inches below shoulder length. I decided to cut it so it would be easier to manage. I walked in and had a stylist named Peggy. She said she loves working with long thick hair so i was like great I have a stylist who actually knows what she is doing.....boy was I wrong! I asked for long layers no more than 1 inch shorter than the bottom layer of my hair and she chopped off a good 3-4 inches of hair in the layers. I mean if I still had my long hair the 3-4 inches wouldn't look bad, but with short thick hair it looks horrendous! She didn't even blend in the layers so it basically looks like she just chopped it off in a straight line. I told her she doesn't have to blow dry it since it was hot outside and it would dry quickly. When I got home and when my hair dried i saw how horrible the layers looked. I like the length of my hair but the layers are the worst. She also made the layers so darn thick so you can obviously see it. I will never go to Hair Cuttery again since they hire people who can not even give a simple decent hair cut. There was nothing complex about my simple request..... cut my hair and put some long layers in there. I have a wedding to go to in two months and i have no idea how the hell i am going to make my hair work now. In about a month i will see how long the hair grows out and then i will go to a REAL salon and spend the 50-100 dollars to get it cut RIGHT. I rather spend more money to get it done correctly.....This was the worst 15 bucks i have ever spent.... i also don't know why i gave that lady a 3 dollar tip...she sure didn't deserve it...maybe she should put it toward her fund to go back to beauty school for more training....idiot can not even cut simple hair layers..
