What? No exchange????? – I went to the bra & girdle factory in lakewood and bought two strapless bras. I wore one to a wedding and found that it was extremely uncomfortable. It caused me pain. I wore one of them so I thought I would bring the other in for an exchange. Seemed reasonable to me. I explained that I have scoliosis that causes my rib cage to protrude on my left side under my breast and could I pls exchange it for a regular bra. The response I got was NO! Not, I'm sorry but...just NO!! The lost me as a customer for life. I will be sure to let everyone I know not to go there either. They are rude and inflexible and unreasonable. Not even an exchange???? What the???????? Go to Victoria's Secret!
Nothing but FANTASTIC – I had a wonderful expierence, everyone was GREAT!!!!
Then I got to the store and I was taken to a fititng room and never left again. The women waited on me hand and foot, bringing me different style bras and bathing suits. It was great!! I have never had such serve at a store.
the sales lady was great I went in for a bra and I left with several and bathing suits. I will be returning soon to have them help me with something under my wedding dress.
Rude and Unprofessional – I had an issue with a return and the manager Doris was very unprofessional in regards to the return. I had purchased a bathing suit top on a Saturday, took it home and changed my mind. The return policy by the register stated items unworn with tags will be refunded within 14 days. I had called the store first thing Monday morning and the employee had checked with the manager to verify the return can be made. The manager said yes to the employee. I went to the store one week later for the return and was treated rudely by the workers and they did not believe me. They called the manager Doris and she stated she never said that. The return policy by the register did not state swim wear can not be returned. The woman pulled out a slip of paper from a drawer that stated swimwear was not returnable. I was never given this with my purchase. The policy that is visible to costumers by the register should be more specific and I feel it should actually be printed on the receipt given when a purchase is made. Very disappointed with the service I recieved. I would go there yearly for my bras and spend $150-$200 and recommended family and friends. I will no longer do that.
Rude, Slow, & Frustrating – In Oct 07, I purchased almost $350 and provided my insurance information to get my money back. They promised to file.
During my visit, I was told to have a seat and "someone" would help me for 30 minutes. After confirming that people coming in after me were helped, I finally got decent service.
SIX month later, my primary insurance has received nothing! They even offered to accept a phone call verifying the purchase.
Lynn rudely refused to call, but said Kathy could call me tomorrow since she was not in. Kathy initially did not file the claim after my repeated requests.
I feel it is obvious that they are paid, so care nothing about my reimbursement.
