poor customer service and greedy – Overall, fun for college kids but don't count on good service or getting your order right. The owner's I have talked to about complaints seem prejudice They apparently underpay their employees and when this is brought up they don't seem to care. I don't recommend supporting people like that, they need to be more careful especially since it's a family run business. The food isn't anything special either. Try the pizza place on central or eat at the Greek cafe.
Saggios for everybody – I love the decor, and the pizza slices are gigantic. If the Frontere looks crowded, which it will, go to Saggios across the street. They serve beer which is a plus!
Absolutely the best Pizza West of anywhere. I have been all over the world and this pizza is the BEST! – The Thai Chicken Pizza is the best I have had anywhere in the world! The ambiance of the restaurant, Beer selection, and I wish they had NM Wines to select from. This is the Best Sport's Bar anywhere.
amazing italian food – Saggios definately the best pizza in all of Albuquerque, portions are HUGE and the quality and taste is out of this world. It also has any game on you can imagine and each television is over at least 50 inches. Saggios is a great combination of great food, high energy atmosphere, and sports. Definately a great place to eat and have a good time
A pizza joint dichotomy: classy while catering to rowdy sports fans, and huge pizzas that are still gourmet. – In Short
Murals covering interior and exterior walls make this place look like a village pizzeria in a remote Italian locale. But the long line of football players and other students will remind you that you're a block from the university. Pizza crust edges are thick, puffy and crunchy but the center is thin enough to let the flavorful toppings burst through. Several gourmet pizzas available, including Florentine, Margherita, and barbecue. They also have calzones and pasta.
first stop... – i grew up in albuquerque-- and although i'm spoiled by now living in nyc--and the pizzas it produces--saggio's is always the first place i head to after touching down back home.
the crust is first rate! a combination between gormet-thin and chicago thick... i've never had pizza like this anywhere in the country! it truly is the best of both worlds. toppings are generous yet don't get in the way of the flavours of the spicy tomato sauce.
i can't speak highly enough of this place. it's a standard that i measure all pizzas to be.
Saggio's best sports bar in New Mexico! – This is the best place in Albuquerque, go there if you can.
awesome baby – If you are going to order a slice one is plenty these slices are HUGE!!!!!!!!!!
best in the west – very good. better than dions. if you want good pizza eat there.
Albuquerque's Best! – If you are tired of franchise Pizza (Pizza Hut, Dominos), and want good local pizza, Saggio's is the place.
