Now that Taylor and Mike are gone, we won't be back! The new staff sucks! My waitress Trycia was wasted when she waited on us! Food was bad too!

Food was TERRIBLE and cold... And the girl that waited on me was a complete bitch! I don't know what her name was, but she had a ton of tattoos that should be covered up! I will not be back!

Went into Cass the other night and Trycia (tattoos) waited on us... The service was probably the worst service I've ever got at a restaurant and we will not be back! She was very rude and unpleasant!

This place is terrible... Food sucks. Worst BBQ EVER. Trisha is the worst waitress EVER. Just nasty.

The food is nasty! Precooked meat, not freshly smoked. Always out of everything. Staff SUCKS (except for Izzy and Abby) Bad Brads is just down the road and 10x better
