I was impressed – No other auto repair shop has kept me so well informed of my vehicle's progress. I was very impressed. The staff and workmanship was very professional.
You want the best here they are! – I have never been in an accident, so when it finally happened to me I was scaired. I didnt know what to do. Ive heard about Quanz from the officer at the accident and some of my friends, so I thought I would check them out. I was very impress with how the business looked from the start. The employees were very friendly and cute ;). They explained what it would take to get my car back to normal. My main concern was the quality of work. To me my car is my baby and I dont want to have to worry about it! I worked with a guy named Jerry who keeped my informed form day one, which help put my mind at easy. I glad I took my car to Quanz I highly recommend them.
Quanz Advanced Auto Care – We have recently had to take two different cars in. One for mechanical and one for body and mechanical.
Both instances were for insurance repair.
Both times we were extremely well taken care of. The team at Quanz was professional, honest, friendly, they took care of us and they took care of our cars very well. From the moment that we walked in to the time we walked out we were informed as to what was going on. Having Enterprise there was also very convenient.
I am very pleased with the finished work and Chris is great to deal with.
This does not feel like the typical car repair business and I would recommend to anyone needing work.
Vehicle Body Repair – Hey, my experience at Quanz was fantastic! I had the pleasure to work with Larry Martinez, he kept me informed, made sure I understood what was going on and he worked double time with both insurance companies to make sure all would be taken care of.
You se, I had two fender benders, one was my fault (my insurance) and one was the other driver's (Farmers) and part of the damage from both accidents afftected the front bumper so both insurance co. had to deal with costs etc. Larry worked with both claim reps to help finalize everything. Another plus is Enterprise Rent a Car is on site so its easy to get your rental car when you drop off your vehicle for repair too. Larry advised it would take two weeks, it only took one week and my Trailblazer looks better than ever! Quanz makes a huge inconvenience much easier to go thru - their customer services is OUTSTANDING!!
vehicle in for body repair – my vehicle was involved in a 4 car crash on I-25 in february. my insurance company initially recommended quanz. after talking with a co-worker who had been through an accident last year, i found out he had been to quanz and had nothing but a positive experience. i decided to give them a chance. i have never been through this process before and quanz made the experience as painless as possible. they even had a convenient rental car agency located in their building. my repair took a week and a half. they initally thought it would be 2 weeks. they kept me posted on the repair process a few times a week. they even offered a lifetime guarantee on their work and paint. the final product is very nice. hopefully i will not have to see them again, but if i ever get in another accident i am going to quanz!
Poor Service – Made an appointment in Dec.09 for vehicle body repairs. (fender and few dents). Took it in 1/11/2010.
Told me it would take 1 to 2 weeks tops. Now it is coming on 4 weeks, and I'm beginning to think I will never see my car again. Just like the other reviewer stated, they kept coming up with excuse after excuse. Running behind, no paint, etc. etc. I have no 2nd car, and I work. Rented a car out of pocket for 3 weeks but turned it back in after being told my car would be done. They even called me to tell me another persons car was done, kid you not! Tired of the poor and slow service, and will NEVER do business with them again!
Like most of the other reviews. STAY AWAY! Unless you want to pay unreasonable high costs and never see your car again, then give them a try.
CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE GUYS – Get this: 4 months to do a $10,000 repair on a compact sized vehicle--a mere nothing of a vehicle. I kid you not: 4 months! I will not even go into the details of how much this has cost me in gas, since it was a hybrid they were repairing, or how much the insurance person had to pay for my car rental, and dozens of other problems flowing from their slowness. Many people affected by Quanz's not just slow "service," but snail's pace "service."
What does this mean? It means that these guys are not what their website image makes them out to be. They are obviously much, much smaller and much less equipped to perform the kind of service they claim to be able to perform.
Do not be decieved by images or websites or salespeople. Either a company is big enough to perform the service or they are not. If they are not, as in this case, then expect a minimum of four months--that's right: you heard me--FOUR MONTHS--to get the job done. At that rate, one has to wonder if they even have the know-how to do the repair correctly.
These guys are BAD NEWS. Best advice: AVOID QUANZ LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Four Different Vehicles, No Problems – I've taken four different vehicles to Quanz for various mechanical (not body work) issues: two Ford trucks, one Lincoln Town Car, and a VW. They have always given us great service at a fair (but not necessarily rock bottom) price. In every case they were polite and professional and appeared to be extremely knowledgable. They are great (never impatient OR condescending) about answering follow up questions and providing additional information (even to women) and, if they can't provide the info right away, they don't try to fake it...they look it up and call you back later. Their estimating service is fair and accurate and when they had to keep a vehicle for a long time they offered a loaner vehicle. The only thing I've found them a little slow on is calling when the car is finished. I usually have to call to follow up. I've never had further issues with anything I've had repaired at Quanz either. Good work at a fair price.
Dependable, reliable and professional (friendly, too) – I have been a customer of Quanz Auto Care for the last 10 years and I find them to be professional, friendly and cooperative. I have had work done on one of my vehicles as recently as 3/12/07 and as usual, I was very satisfied. They never perform work that is not previously approved, they explain fully the problems with the vehicle and offer options when they exist, as in a rebuilt or new replacement part. They have even told me, on occasion, that a part may be questionable, but that I could probably get by without replacing it for the time being. They have not pressured me to make repairs that I am not comfortable with. They have stayed after hours to accomodate a late pickup and and have done a very good job of getting my vehicle returned to me in a timely manner. I recommend their service to my freinds and will continue to take my vehicles to them whenever the need arises.
QUANZ Advanced Auto Care BEWARE overpriced, dishonest, long time to get car back – Bad Bad Bad stay away!!Very experienced at extracting large amounts of money for small jobs and not fixing all that you ask so you will come back with next paycheck.Slow to complete work so that you worry more about getting your car back than the bill.The bill gets larger and larger and its all for "diagnostic" so if you stop giving the go ahead you pay for nothing as they won't do repairs or tell you what is wrong.all this goes on after the true diagnosis is done.Refused to fix car for two days blaming part availability when I checked and it was in stock in town,I brought them the part from the dealer and they wouldn't install it saying WE will call YOU when it is ready.Very dishonest and this is how they do business.Big new building on a hill with a great location is how they get customers,there weren't many though.I will go to the small claims court.Bad people
