Honesstly, Best Taco Bell In ABQ/Rio Rancho – Honestly, I think the ownership either was changed, or they hired a completely new staff. I used to go to this taco bell any absolutely HATE it, low portions, rude service, foul mouthing in front of kids, but I went there recently because I was in the area.
I went through the drive thru at night, and it seemed really busy! First thing I heard is "Hello, how are you today?". The gentleman repeated my order correctly, but sadly I was awaited with a little bit of a longer than normal wait time I would expect for a fast food restaurant. Once I got to the window, I found out the gentleman was by himself, which I was shocked that they didn't have another person working with him. As soon as he saw me, he smiled and said hello, and proceeded to get my food give me my change. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my receipt, but I got plenty of fire sauce packets!I don't know his name, but he seemed young and I wouldn't mind him being my cashier again.
My order consisted of: 1 Crunchy Taco, 1 Bean Burrito no onions, and a Nacho Supreme with no sour cream.
My order was correct, and was still warm when I got to my house off in Enchanted Hills. The portioning was better, and there was more meat than most Taco Bells I go to on my Nacho Supreme and Crunchy Taco, but the beans were a little too liquidy for my taste.
I recommend this one over the other Taco Bell's I've been to, but the downside is that its just a Taco Bell, so if you want Pizza Hut in addition to your tacos, you have to find another location.
Budget-minded families and travelers make a run for America's leading taco chain. – In Short
A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.
Harrassment is fun to them... – WORST FAST FOOD I HAVE EVER STEPPED INTO! Workers are extremely rude and illiterate! They don't know the concept of pleasing customers and can NEVER get an order right....used to go there everyday and not one time did I walk away happy. Employees are very, very, extremely unprofessional, dirty, and have bad mouths on them. Management is a waste. They treat customers like they don't matter and basically tell their employees that its ok to assult customers and attack them in the parking lot.
BUDGET-MINDED? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! – NO WAY is this a place for BUDGET-MINDED folks to go. Portions are SMALL and of inferior quality. typically orders are INCORRECT. Making "change" is a real challenge for most of the "servers". BLAND BLAND beans - poor quality. RECONSIDER if you have a craving for "Mexican Food"! This is NOT the place!
