Bought a new Terrain and I am pleased and excited about the car! We could not have asked for better or friendlier service than we got at Bob Moore. The salesman, Dave Hodge, was very informative and my husband and I did not feel pressured at all - do not like high-pressure salesmen !
Sales personnel were knowlegable, very friendly, and courteous. No pressure, they gave my wife and I the "room" to discuss the options without being intrusive. The finance office was outstanding. We truly enjoyed the experience and the price for the Avalon was excellent. Overall the experience was very professional and pleasant without being pushy! We will recommend your dealership to our friends.
