Nice place but so many scorpions we had to move out. Scorpions everywhere including on the door handle a few times and I couldn't even get inside.

MAYBE to rent....but not to buy – Rented a two bedroom apt for a year and ended my lease two months ago. Pretty quiet community with some nice amenities. But there were a few snags:

1. they locked the mailbox area at night so you could ony pick up your mail at THEIR designated times which is hard if you get off late at night or early in the morning

2. They put some very obnoxious speed bumps ALL over the community. i'm all for the safety of little ones but these are the kind of bumps that throw your car out of alignment (no matter how slow you go). And since I had to go over 10 of them to get to my apt, I won't be suprised if I have suspension/shock problems in the future

3. Critters!!!!!! I've lived in the desert for over 20 years so I am used to a few critters. But seriously, this place is OUT OF CONTROL. I am not exaggerating when I say I had 3 black widows and 4 scorpions (two inside and two on the patio) during my stay. That doesn't count the plethora of other creepy crawlies that I had hanging out. I will give the complex credit for trying to exterminate...but it wasn't working.

4. They allow pets and the sweet stench of dog "output" welcomes you after each morning lawn watering. I stopped hanging out on my patio because if there was any breeze the smell would carry and it smeeled like a kennel.

Over all this place has a lot of potential if they would give the residents a little space.....that is, stop trying to make it fort knox and spend the $$ on a little pest control. If you're looking to rent short term, it's not a bad option but I would HIGHLY advise against buying.
