Very rude management – While the store employees are quite considerate and helpful, there is a specific lady manager who worked there (not sure if she still does) who was very rude when I tried to return a book I purchased for my classes one semester. She told me that I couldn't return it because "everyone else was returning used books for school" and there was too much of an overstock of the books (mind you it wasn't the same title of the book I was returning either). In their return policy it said that as long as someone has a receipt, you can return for an exchange. Well I had my receipt, and she still refused to return my book. I had no other solution because she was the store manager at the time, and I feel if you're going to be a manager, at least know your own store's policies. Even while there is absolutely nothing wrong with that location and i've been going there for years, she simply ruined it for me and I haven't been back there since.
