The Excalibur Hotel and Casino, the world's most exciting resort, is a magical castle. The moment you step across Excalibur's drawbridge, you are immediately transported back to the mythical days of King Arthur. This distinctive property features 3,991 guest rooms, two swimming pools, five marvelous restaurants, the "Thunder From Down Under" show for grown-ups, the "Tournament of Kings" dinner show, two magic-motion film rides, dozens of shoppes, the Fantasy Faire Midway, costumed strolling entertainers, and over 100,000 sq. feet of gaming excitement.
This place is a nerd and chick magnet. Since they've gotten in The Thunder from Down Under it's a great place to sit around after a show and look at the turned on women. Take your girlfriend and find a new friend to go home with both of you. Or be like me and go to the gift shop and drool over all the dice and swords. Something for everyone here.
This place resbles that of the medieval timesz the inside is a bit outdated and old. However it is still a spectacle to look at.
I stayed at the Excalibur from January 7-17, 2013. From the moment I got there til the moment I left I was hassled by people trying to sell me a timeshare. It got to the point where my girlfriend and I were hiding behind walls and peeking around corners in an effort to avoid the salespeople. When we weren't being hassled we spent much of our time talking about ways to to avoid being hassled. The hotel might have been great other than that but I couldn't tell because I was too busy trying to avoid the timeshare salespeople to notice
Really Enjoy The Food!! – I enjoy their food here. Lots of mouth watering flavor and I like the super fast way they get the food out to you, without feeling hurried. More accurately, I think I should say that the food comes out in successions, at the perfect timing.
GREAT CLEAN HOTEL WITH GREAT RATES – I HAVE STAYED @ THE EXCALIBUR HOTEL (6) TIMES AND I AM ON MY WAY BACK IN SEPT. MY HOTEL ROOMS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE STAFF IS NICE AND HELPFUL.
THE PRICE IS GREAT FOR THE ROOMS WITH THE NICE SIZE BATHROOMS FOR 2-4 QUEST. I LOVE THAT THERE IS SECURITY 24/7. I HOPE MY STAY THIS TRIP WILL BE JUST AS GOOD AND I LOOK FORWARD TO MY STAY @ THE EXCALIBUR...
Good enough for a basecamp – So I won a couple of free nights at the Excalibur, and it was certainly worth every penny.
I spent most of my time going up and down the strip and seeing all the things there is to see in vegas. Vegas is mostly a place where you one go to your room for a sleep and a shower, and the room I had fulfilled that need just fine.
Incredible stay for the price!! – We choose this hotel over MGM primarily for price. Imagine our surprise when our friends staying at the MGM had nothing but complaints, and we were happy as clams at the Excalibur! The room was clean and quiet - we were placed close to our friends without having asked ahead of time. They had a wonderful family pool seperate from the 'adult' pool. After hearing about police, hookers and vomit at the MGM in the room halls we were so relieved to have booked here. The people were wonderful and were had a great stay!
Have always had a great room and service. – We always stay at Excalibur and have always had a great room and service. Every time we stay here the staff is excellent, rooms are great and clean, and the restaurants always have good food. Can't wait for our next stay in Vegas!!!
I spend a night in Vegas and given the nature of my stay doing all things Vegas in a short space of time I decided on Excalibur. It was perfect place to get some shut eye at a very reasonalble rate. Being upgraded to a delux suite also endeared me even more to the hotel. I think it ideally located on the strip for it was one walk in one direction taking in some of the more swankier Hotels like the Bellagio and Ceaser Palace. Lotsa of places to eat from and lotsa slot machines. Very busy on the game floor, conveniance and a play area for children all in good value for money if that is what you looking for. Service wasn't bad either given the amount of people the hotel services
Went for valentines weekend. Pricing on the room was super cheap. We though because of the pricing that we'd get what we paid for....that was not the case. The room was super clean, view was nice, check in and check out was quick, and service was good too. I'd definitely recommend it for someone who's trying to stay at a great hotel (on the strip) without spending a fortune!
