2 Hours of Heaven – Nobu is simply amazing. I was literally in heaven for the 2 hours that I was there. I will admit that it is a bit pricy, however, it's definitely worth it. We had the sashimi salad, black cod in miso, rock shrimp, toro with miso and caviar, yellowtail sashimi, and finished off with their signature bento box dessert. All of the dishes were plate-licking good. I definitely look forward to going back!!

A bit overprice for what you get. – I've had a great dining experience at Nobu Next Door in New York City and was looking forward to dining here. Overall I was not impressed. We tried to be advantureous and took some of our waiter's recommendations. Unfortunately none of the dishes seem all that special that you couldn't find in mid-tier sushi restaurants. Everything was fresh but for the premium price the food lacked innovation as one would expect at Nobu. My food bill with tip came out to be $100pp. One advice skip the Tuna on a chip. It was a 5 very small portion of sashimi tuna on a ruffles potato chip. That was my biggest disappointment of the night.
Trendy restaurant but... – I went there mostly because I wanted to experience the trendy & hip atmosphere and the great food. I had some fancy appetizer (forgot what it was) and some sushi, and yes, it was delicious but somehow i felt like i got ripped off considering the amount of food i got with the price i paid for it. But i guess that's what happens when you go to any fancy place. What i was most disappointed was the atmosphere...the whole restaurant is just real dark and there isn't any trendy & hip atmosphere i was hoping for. All I can remeber was seeing these bamboo (?) partitions throughout the restaurant and that was it (i'm writing this review a year later from the actual visit so i may not be accurate). From pictures i've seen, it looks like Sushi Roku at Caesars has a better atmosphere.
Just as good (and overpriced) as ever! – I've been to the Nobu in NYC and London and this one does not disappoint in terms of quality and style. Still, Nobu is overpriced no matter where you are - while the food is great and the restaurant has a refined atmosphere, there was nothing truly amazing to justify the high prices. Go check it out if you want to see what Nobu is all about but don't go out of your way to do so.
Good food, doesn't live up to Nobu name – I went to Nobu with a large group and was disappointed in the service and presentation. The dining area was way too crowded and to serve a group of 25 they completely compromised the Nobu experience. As always, the food was very good and we ordered the tasting menu which should have assisted the ability to serve a large group but the service was marginal and presentation was horrible. I also ate at Nobu in Miami with a large group and had a phenomenal experience - one of my most impressive dining experience ever - so I was very disappointed with the lack of competence in Las Vegas.
The food is still worth going but if you have a chance I would certainly recommend the Miami restaurant first and New York second for a great Nobu experience in the U.S.
The Best – Nobu was the one of the best dining experiences ever. I live in NY and have been to many fine restaurants here, as well as in Vegas, and Nobu was great. We were a party of 5 and they accomodated us quickly (we had a reservation). The waiter, Alex, was so nice and knowledgable. He recommeded dishes for us and every one was excellent. We even let him pick one out and bring it to us which was probably the best one, wish I could remember what it was! Anybody who gave this a bad review or complained about their 'rolls'...don't listen to them. You don't go to Nobu for rolls. Granted we got two different rolls to try, but that was along with a whole bunch of other dishes. If you're not willing to try the real dishes they offer then go to Sushi Express on the corner and get a california roll. And as far as people complaining about the rude people, I just didn't see it, from the hostess to the waiter to all the other people who helped out, everyone was nice and friendly.
Best Sushi...Awesome Service – We love Sushi and Nobu had the best Sushi either one of us had ever had. The quality of the fish was superior to anything we had before. I would highly recommend the appetizer with the yellowtail and jalapeno....unlike anything I've ever tasted.
Make sure you make a reservation....it was packed when we were there. We had a reservation and were promptly seated when we arrived. Our server was right on the ball. It was amazing how quickly our orders were brought out to us. Can't wait to go back to Vegas so we can eat there again.
It is a bit pricey, but worth every penny.
Nobu - Not for Everyone – If you go to Nobu and ask for White Zin, California Rolls, and Teriyaki, then you shouldn't be there. You'll likely receive bad service because the server will think that you have bad taste. Snotty, sure, but that's also the key to their success.
Food is excellent and can be innovative but still not sure if it's worth the price. The sashimi definitely isn't worth the price as one can get fish just as fresh for a bit cheaper. So pay for a few innovative dishes.

Nobu? No thanks! – Went here with a friend a few weeks ago. All of the waiters were very friendly, except for our waitress, who was completely nasty. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes in our direction several times. Since we had not received a drink menu, I asked for a white zinfandel, to which she snapped "We don't DO white zin!". I later found out that she doesn't DO very much because neither of us received our soups. When my friend politely asked about them she basically blamed ME for the mishap because i had asked for a soup substitution. Apparently that had thrown the computer off. Last time I checked it was the WAITRESS' job to make sure that the food is brought out, not the customers'. She gave us a half-a$$ apology (probably because she thought her tip would be in jeopardy) and then stormed away. Management needs to tell her to leave her teenage angst at the door and focus on good customer service. As for the food, the sauce on my teriyaki beef tasted like it was straight out of a bottle and the bento box dessert ( a chocolate lava cake with green tea ice cream) was nothing special. I will definitely skip this place on my next trip to Vegas.
