I've been going to Buck's since 2009. My daughter found it while driving back and forth to work. I love doing karaoke and was looking for a good karaoke bar. I had just moved to Las Vegas. The first night my daughter and I walked in, we felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly. The guy running the karaoke made sure we got to sing and as usual I brought down the house. We've been regulars ever since. The bartenders are very good, the food is good, the customers are good. I met the owner and she is very professional, very friendly also and she knows her customers. I have recommended Buck's to anyone looking for a great time, a wonderful place to sing, (they even have 1920's and 1930's songs), well made drinks, good food and friendly people.
Bucks is my favorite bar in the world. If your looking for a new bar to hang in, check out Bucks. The bartenders are great (and hot!) They freeze their Tequilla and the beer is always cold. (which is a must for me!) lol They have Karaoke on the weekends, till the wee hours of the morn. Its clean and comfortable. The thing I love most about Bucks....and the main reason why I go to there.... The people. The first time I went in there I felt comfortable. EVERYONE was friendly. Ya just cant find a bar like Bucks anymore Oh, and..... food! Really good food 24/7! (another must for me. lol) Even breakfast!!!
The Best Neighborhood Bar in Las Vegas – I found Buck's Tavern in November 2009. My father was looking for a karaoke bar & I passed this one every day going to work. We first went into Buck's on a Saturday night after 11:00pm. The place was rocking, but we both got to sing at least 2 songs each. We have been regulars ever since. We held his birthday party there, my birthday party there, my daughter's wedding reception there, etc. The workers are very professional and very friendly. They have become friends. There is no reason for bouncers at this neighborhood bar, although it has a reputation for attracting rough customers. The regulars DO NOT & WILL NOT allow any crap in the bar. Take it outside or you will be gone. I love this place. It serves good food, has reasonable prices & a friendly atmosphere. You really are "only a stranger once" at Buck's Tavern.
I love bucks – This is a response to "lordwanted" I am going to comment to your post because I know the owner of Bucks has too much class to engage in this with you. First, I want it to be known that I am a customer of Bucks, do not work there and have nothing to gain or lose by my comment here. I cant believe that you have the nerve to come on here and lie. The piddley lies about the bathroom and raw food are nothing because we regular customers know better. It floors me that you actually think that anyone will listen to your tweeked out self. I have seen you in Bucks riding in on your bicycle and staying for days.Constantly taking advantage of the owners kindness with all the free drinks and free food you want. On top of paying you. Your shameful! You definately need to get some sleep and step away from the pipe Tonto, your doing and saying things that are showing great character defects. You obviously got something wrong in your tweeked out mind...that the bar will fall without you and the equipment that you have taken.
Bucks has been around before you slithered in and will be around alot longer since you have slithered out. Im a by stander, and am glad that Kim sees you for the amature predator that you are. She does not need you and Im sure will not miss you.
And one last thing....why would the owner be responsible for a blown speaker? How many times did she say "TURN IT DOWN!!) WHY SHOULD SHE BE HELD RESPONSIBLE? Your an ass!!! Lookin for someone to pay for your new toys. Get a job...I mean a real job.... and stop "Playing People" to get ahead in life. Your not even good at it.
Awesome bar – I love this place... Everyone is so fun and inviting. I only been here a couple of times but I always have a good time and it always exceeds my expectations when i need to blow off some steam. All the workers are so kind and they make me feel like I belong there. Can't wait to meet more people when I go!!!! I recommend this place to everyone.
Thanks so much. Kim, Cathy, Misty, Toney, Alex, Violet, Kelly, Ron & Jose

karaoke fun for family and friends! – My family's small wedding party (about 10 people) stumbled upon this place in search of karaoke following my brother's wedding reception. The songlists were quite extensive... definitely something for everyone. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, the patrons were friendly (a few even dedicated their own songs to my brother and his wife), the DJ was cool, and the service was great. It was definitely a memorable night! :)
The bartenders are straight up. – I've been going to Bucks for over 11 years and can say that there are still some of the same patrons from when I 1st went there, including some of the staff (and ladies, like a fine wine, you've aged well). You don't have to wait a long time for a drink, nor very long to sing a Karaoke song. The staff are easy to talk to, the Jack Daniels is always flowing and the beer is always cold.
BEST KARAOKE LOCAL BAR I'VE FOUND IN LAS VEGAS – I had the best time I've ever had at a local bar in Las Vegas. Everyone was so friendly and fun to be around. I can see why they say that at Buck's Tavern "You're Only A Stranger Once!" The karaoke was so much fun and wow do they have the songs to choose from. Their library of songs is so big I can't describe it. If they don't have it then the song doesn't exist. I mean they have EVERYTHING to sing there. ANd you get up to sing in just a short time too. Oh ya, there slots were pretty loose that night and I left with $500.00 more than I came in with. All in all I left with a lot of cash and a smile on my face. I love the new friends I met there, especially the cute guys that I could not keep my hands off of. I will be returning there often, in fact, just go ahead and consider me a BUCKS TAVERN regular patron. You have just got to check this place out!
