I have been going to Bianco & CO for roughly a year for my hair, nails, and eyebrows. I set an appointment for Friday September 13, 2013 at 10:00 am for my girlfriend and I to both go in and receive hair services. (I paid for both services) My friends hair came out great and she got exactly what she wanted. I however, did not. Here is what I asked for, I wanted the under part of my hair black, the top platinum blonde and a few incredibly bright red highlights to create a dramatic look. This is not what I received. I paid for all of the services while my hair was still developing, due to the fact that in the last year of going to that salon I have never had a problem. The top of my hair is predominately red/pink at this point, plus some of the highlight are at least a quarter of a inch from my scalp. The "black" is more of a really dark blue. I told my stylist that I was extremely unhappy with my hair as there was way to much red in it. She had other plans for the day and told me that if I still did not like it in a week that I could come back and they would fix it. I left the salon crying. ( I paid 350.00 for just my hair, around 600.00 total for both my friend and I) I immediately called to try and speak with the owner as I had met her on several occasions and thought that she would do the right thing. She never called me back. I called back on Tuesday, Thought maybe they just had a busy weekend and she did not have time, and was told that she would not be in until noon. I finally called back at 3:30. She was "with a client". So I left another message. She called me back on Wednesday, I did not get to the phone, she left me a message making it clear that SHE would try to call me back on Thursday. On Thursday, I called again and she was "with a client" but the woman whom answered the phone discussed the issues with me and I told her, that due to the fact that my hair was very mishandled that I really just wanted my money back at this point being that I did not get what I paid for and I no longer trusted them to fix it. She told me that she would leave another message for the owner but that she could not make her call me back. She also advised me that the owner had open time available at 2:00 pm the next day ( today Friday September 20) and if I had not heard from her in the morning to call back then. I called today at 2:00 pm and she was "with a client", but should be done within half an hour. She finally called me around 2:30, and as I explained to her the whole situation, she apologized, but explained that she would not be able to refund me. I could come in and they could "darken" the top so I would be more comfortable with my hair, or they would give me half of what I paid in store credit. That is not what I wanted in the first place and I don't understand, if they messed it up, could not give me what I originally paid for (even before it was finished), why I should be responsible for paying the $350.00. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but this really makes me unhappy and I waited so long because I trusted the owner would do the right thing! The owner is searching for all of my reviews to try and twist my words, and make it seem like I was at fault which is completely not the case. It's sad really
