hopefully, just a glitch – I walked in to make a hair appt; salon receptionist rude, would not get off the phone even for a customer, she made a face and said smart-alecky "she can help you over there" pointing across the way to the gift shop. Following her orders, the gift shop lady made my appt. and I purchased a couple items. I had my hair done there before but this time didn't get a courtesy call the day before as they used to do...and in retrospect I should have taken it as a sign. In between my meetings, I called to confirm and the boy said "oh, yeah, you're on here..." As my luck would have it I was held up at work past my appt time and never did get to call them back. But I would have forgotten the lackluster employees...until I checked my bank account! I'll let you all know the end of the review story after Aquae Sulis' pending charge of $155 for no services rendered is removed from my account.

WOW, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SPA & RELAXING EXPERIENCE – I did not know that there was a Spa at JW Marriott on the same property as the Rampart Hotel existed. I received a gift certificate to this spa. I felt like I was on a vacation away from Vegas. The spa is so beautiful and relaxing. All the people from the front desk to the spa attendant to the massage therapist were so genuinly friendly. The massage therapist was exceptional I felt like I was floating when I came out of the massage. GREAT MASSAGE! BEST MASSAGE EVER! THANK YOU SANDRA! I WILL BE BACK!

Worst spa experience ever! – I wrote a review of this spa a month ago, and it is suddenly GONE! And so was my whole profile. I find this a little fishy. Obviously, I will not go into as much detail as it was sadly a waste of my time. But this was the spa we went to for wedding preparations and they did not do one thing right! I was the maid of honor, and it was my best friend getting married. She went in and spent $85 a week before to do trial make-up. Would you believe that (1) they used shimmery eye colors (a no-no for professional photography) and then did not even write down the colors they used?!?!?! How were they going to remember on the day of? She also did trial hair - lets just say - DON'T GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! I'll just say 2 words - FRENCH TWIST. The staff is rude, they keep the temperature extrememely low (bring a sweatshirt - or two) We also got our nails done here. My tech was clearly hungover and i left with polish around the nail bed. These are just a very few of the mistakes and blunders that led to a very expensive and lackluster experience. Oh, one other thing to mention - They thought I was the bride....how do you not know which is the bride???? How about the one with the cute rhinestone "bride" tank on????

By far THE BEST – It's clean, yet wholistic- waterfall showers, not rain showers, WATERFALL showers are amazing. The prices are reasonable $150 for a 90 minute massage- a VERY comfortable environment and you can always get in last minute, never over crowded or completely booked.

BE AWARE!!!! – I newly relocated to the Summerlin area and was looking for a place to get my hair done..I had light blonde highlights over light brown hair, and wanted go to all blonde which I have done countless times in the past. ..SO I made and appointment for color and cut which was suppose to run around 125 plus tip I got to the salon checked in and it seemed like I found a nice place to get my hair done. During the "consultation" the sylist stated she may not be able to get it exactly how I wanted it so I said ok just please make sure my roots DO NOT TURN ORANGE and the response was "that should not happen, but we will have to use 2 different colors to acheive what you want. After application of the dye she then notified me that there will be an extra charge for the 2 colors and toner.. Fast foward to rinse/cut/style everythign looked good I then went to check out and was given a check for 230 DOLLARS ..a little more than I expected, but I paid and left. 2 days passed and my boyfriend came home from work one night and asked if I noticed the orange stripe down the middle of my head (OF COURSE I HAD, but I thought maybe it isn't as bad as I think..well he never notices ANYTHING!)

So I made a trip back to the salon and the manager kindly refunded my money (didn't expect that, I just wanted it fixed) and a new appointment. Went to the neww appointment and they decided that zonal highlights should fix it...I'm convinced it was just a ploy and they put a placebo on my hair because it looks horrible and like nothing changed..oh and she said that she didn't want to use toner because the ends might soak it up too much WELL could it have not been place on the hair that was just supposedly fixed? I now have orange roots and what may pass for blonde highlight on top of toned hair! The best part about this is I have a wedding to be in next week and have no idea what I'm going to do..I don't want to keep putting it through processing. I HOPE THIS KEEPS ANOTHER FORM THE SAME MISTAKE!

Favorite Spa AWAY from The Strip and the crowds! – I have indulged in this spa several times when in Vegas. I love the full body treatments esp. the Tea tree special that involves a full body scrub, wrap and massage. Highly recommend Coty, he is the one I always ask for, he has had many years experience and is very professional. I love spending time at the pools and having lunch with friends while spa'ing! Great experience! Highly recommend! Don't forget to pick up some Godiva Chocolates from the store in their Casino to take to the spa with you! So fun!

WORST SPA IN VEGAS....GO TO RED ROCK – One of the worst spa experiences in my life. My girlfriend purchased several gift certificates at this spa for me as I frequent this spa quite regularly. Unfortuntaley, I did not have my ittle paper givft certificate with me when I arrived. I told the idiot at the front desk who purchaed it for me. but she re3fused to honor the gift certificate without the stupid piece of paper. Keep in mind this is the same spa who took my firend's money and then mailed the gift certificate to me at my address. I would have walked out, but of course the policy is if you do not cancel within 4 hours of your treatment you are charged for it, so I paid for the massage myself and then proceded to have the worst massage I've ever had at any spa at any other place. What a scam, apparently they take money and then refuse to provicde the service if you don't have the stupid little piece of paper, even though they have a computer veri9fication that the gift certificate was indeed purchased. Amazing. I called my girlfriend and told her to get a refund as I will never return to this spa again. I will use Red Rock spa, it's cleaner, newer, more relaxing and the massages are much better. What a RIP OFF!!!!!
