Poor customer service – Installations and Customer Service - HA- Today
We are trying to get carpet installed. I have been told on several occasions that they will call between 24-48 hrs to schedule measurements, then to give a bid, then to get the carpet on a certain day. None of these calls were made. I have yet to receive one phone call from Home Depot. I went with an instock carpet so we could get it done fast. They never told us that they will still "special order" and instock carpet over 50 sq ft. The carpet still hasn't arrived and they don't know where it is. They were suppose to call me today and give me an arrival time. Guess what no call.
I have one week left to get this carpet installed in a rental before I loose $1300 for a month's worth of rent. My guess is they can't get it done.
ps you don't get any better help in the store either.
