bad expirience. I had my fridge fixed by them, and spent 500 dollars. It is broken again after only 2 weeks, and they said( without sending a technician to look at it) that they know what is wrong: a compressor which is abput1500 dollars, and they don't have warranty for their service, and I have to pay again for technician to come 95 dollars, and for repair and parts.
To Be Avoided!!!. Stay away from this business! I called to ask about a problem reported by my cleaning help with a washing machine. I was given poor advice and ended up paying $80 for a service call that was not needed, where nothing was repaired. To make matters worse, three weeks later we received a very unfriendly letter from Mr. Appliance threatening to put a lien on our property for nonpayment. We had paid with a credit card (American Express) that the technician accepted but apparently should not have. They told us that they had tried to contact us, however, used an incorrect mailing address to try to reach us. Our conclusion: this is a very unfriendly company to deal with that does not care about customer satisfaction
Beware. We were referred to them when our washer broke. We were promised a tech would come out Thursday 1-11-07. Needless to say the tech didn't show. The company then promised us the tech would come Monday 1-15-07 it is now 6:04pm there dispatcher Robin can't get a hold of the tech or her boss. Please whatever you do, find another company to repair your items. My wife has lost 2 days pay so far waiting for them to show. She will now have to miss another. Not a reliable company.
