great neighboorhood store – I am a parent at Ephinay School and love having Bruno's to do some quick shopping! The boys are very nice and helpful. They have a nice selcetion of pastas, cheeses, and take home meals...........
great Italian food store and sandwiches! – I have been going to this place since it opened and love it. They have great Italian sandwiches and pastas.....the guys behind the counter are extremely nice and always happy......The best Italian sandwich they have is the Italiano grosso....especially when it is hot! I have also used them for a few caterings and my clients love their food as well.
Idiots! – I've hired Bruno three times for catering, and every time; they've messed it up. They forget drinks each time, for example. Ordering a sandwich from the deli is like teaching special ed. They repeat your order back to you, and then omit tomatoes, or cheese, or whatever you've ordered. Then they get defensive if you ask them to correct the errors they made. Really, it would save time if you just went behind the counter and prepared the food yourself.
Bruno's is staffed by miscreants and I'd avoid them absolutely.
delicious!!! – great sandwiches, great service, great catering.......nice to have in our neighborhood
