It works!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Ive lost 40lbs so far, the workouts are great, the staff is great and very helpful. Seung-ni has not only help me loss weight, it help me change my lifesytle!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best place for fitness – As someone who has struggled with weight loss and fitness throughout her life, Seung Ni has been a sigh of relief. The instructors are very knowledgable as well as motivational. They will push you to your limits and then some! Seung Ni has been the only gym I have ever been to that WORKS! I like the option of being able to attend the other location on Weiss, too. I completed the 8 week Body Challenge and lost over 18 lbs, and will be signing up for the next one in April!

All that I needed – I am a health care professional. As part of my work schedule i never realized when and how I lost track of both fitness and health. I started out at the body challenge in sept 2011 . Just what I was looking for to jump start. At the end of the challenge between my work schedule I managed to lose 10 lbs. however what I learnt at this challenge was something I kept up with and then came more rewards. I am down by 25 lbs in toto. More than anything I seem to have great energy , and this fitness has become an integral part of my routine. I must appreciate Rachel one of our trainers who took time to guide me during the challenge and continues to support out goals. My best bets are the plyo pump and kick boxing . I thoroughly enjoy them.

Seung Ni helped me lose 26 lbs in 8 weeks and there instructors and program were very motivational! I would highly recommend trying their program to obtain a healthier you!!!

Great workout - EVERY Time! – I'm over 50, worried about my health and needed to do SOMETHING. I joined the January 2012 body challenge and figured that if I don't love it or can't do it, it's only a two month commitment. I stuck to it and I lost 17 lbs and 18 inches (and almost 2 dress sizes) in two months! So i joined - and I go 5 times a week.

I started with body sculpt class with 5 lb weights and now do 10, 12 and 15 lb weights. I started with one kickboxing class and now do 2 or 3 kickboxing classes each week. I can't always keep up with the instructors but the instructors and the members are all so supportive and encouraging - it fosters a healthy attitude which leads me to go almost every day.

Each day there is a different instructor, so no matter if you take 5 body sculpting classes, you will get a well-rounded workout. You have to want to work - like anything in life - you get out what you put in.
