Check them out!. They are easy going, knowledgable, and have simple (and often inexpensive) solutions for your problems. No bike is too old and lame or too fancy and high tech for them. A great local business - check them out!

A great team. I have a 2003 Bianchi Pista Concept ,with a cracked seat-post tube. i brought it around to a multitude of bike shops in all five boros, many said it was useless. Others gave me quick fix ideas. None gave me any sense of security. Then some-one recommended CHELSEA BICYCLES. I brought the frame in, Rafael and his staff are a great team. They assured me they could fix it and make it stronger than when it was new.

They did what I asked. I've been to chelsea bicycles twice, once to buy a floor pump for a bike I bought online, and once just to fix a flat. They did what I asked; gave me the cheapest stuff they had and didn't try to up-sell.

happy to accommodate me. I was anxious i admit,so i visited the bike shop several times to see the progress and asked many questions in the process. Even my incessant queries did not bother them. RAFAEL was happy to accommodate me and show me in detail all the steps he was taking in fixing my frame. Three weeks later I was rewarded with a frame that looked so good they had three inquiries to buy it.

Incredible weld quality. The attention to detail the welding,the painting......ALL TOP NOTCH. they did it all without sending me into dept or asking for my first born child.
