BEST PIZZA IN THE CITY – I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The thin peameal crust is just great. They have a great variety of pies. Everything for the meat lover to the vegetarian. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good slice!
Best quick snack or lunch to go. – You can't beat Two Boots for a quick snack or gret lunch. Ever since I lived down the street, Two Boots has become a NY favorite. I loooove the Larry Tate, and there is always something great to try!! Don't miss it next time you are in the City.
i love this place – we go to two boots every time we are in the city. everyone we bring there loves it too. why? because it's different. don't expect regular NY slices here. Two Boots adds a little Cajun flavor to the sauce which is addicting. and a interesting assortment of toppings.
Mr. Pink is the all time fave. The pizza is thin with a satifying crispy crust. It is a small space but who cares, it's a PIZZA joint!! Their other locations are great too!!
Unrated pizza – Best pizza I had in my one week stay in NY. Great sauce, great crust and great value. Must try while in NY.
Tasty...if I were eating a boot! – A variety of pizzas with unique names, yet they all have one thing in common: they're bland!! The spicy sauce may add a kick, but in no way makes up for the overall paucity of flavor. Don't let the catchy names fool you- it's mediocore pizza no matter what you call it.
Delicious thin crust pizza with a Cajun twist. – The Scene
This small (predominately takeout and delivery) location of the Two Boots chain is almost always bustling with activity--you'll always find a crowd here late on the weekends coming for a slice on their way home. They even have some cute tables to sit at while you devour.
Two Boots proffers one of the more unusual culinary hybrids around, joining flavors of Italian and Louisianan descent (two boot-like landmasses--get it?). You can order po' boys and other Cajun dishes, but as at all the Two Boots outposts, the delicious thin-crust pizza is the main attraction. Sample celeb-inspired pies like the Larry Tate (white pizza with spinach, garlic and tomatoes), the Mr. Pink (spicy chicken, tomatoes, fresh garlic) and the Earth Mother (a vegetable-only homage to Bette Midler).
GREAT vegetarian pizza – The Mel Cooley pizza is amazing. If you get other pizzas, make sure to get the spicy sauce (you won't regret it).
