Went there for a microderm+facial. Not a fancy spa, more like a nail salon with spa services. However I got treated very nicely and had a great facial. So much so that I actually fell asleep during the facial/backrub. Of course the extractions part woke me, lol. In the end my face fealt and looked great. My tech was an older spanish lady, very nice, forgot her name. I will be back, very soon.

Only other place i got a facial this good was at Dorit Baxter.

HORRIBLE FRACTIONAL LASER RESURFACING – PLEASE DO NOT GET FRACTIONAL LASER RESURFACING at Randee Elaine!!!! These people have no idea what they are doing!!! It's now called Spa Jolie or something... potayto potahto, same place. If you get fractional here, expect your skin to be greatly altered... in a BAD way. I should've done more research, but I really didn't expect such horrific results. They tell you that you can go back to work immediately, but by the morning after the procedure--- my face was swollen like a watermelon and I looked like a burn victim for about 1 week (I followed post procedure directions- apply humatrix 4x per day). I wasn't advised that there are more risks for darker skinned people. I have a bad case of hyperpigmentation, my skin has a million little holes from the pin pricks, my skin is sagging, my eyes hurt whenever I'm out in the sun, I have more scars than I had before, there's fat atrophy (my face looks lopsided because one cheek has more fat loss than the other)... the list goes on and on. I look about 10 years older. I feel like crying every time I look in the mirror. They rush you into treatment after signing some waiver, so it's not like you can go ahead and sue them for damages, pain and suffering. I was advised that my pores would become tighter and lines would become less noticeable. It's been over a month and still I look awful :*( PLEASE DO NOT RUIN YOUR FACE. Learn from my mistake!

Great Spa With Fantastic Prices – When looking up spas in the Greenwich area of Manhattan, it came as no surprise that Randee Elaine surpassed all others (and in most areas of NYC).

The reviews most DEFINITELY speak for themselves, but do the fantastic prices no justice.

I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff.

Great spa – Awesome massage my Kuduz. Well worth the 50 bucks, and not to mention that is really cheap for Manhattan. Thank you guys! Always a fan. J

so-so – I've had some laser treatments here, as well as teeth whitening. A mixed bag, in terms of the quality of the services they offer. It concerns me that they've received grades of C and F from the Better Business Bureau. I've also noticed that individual staff members vary considerably in their apparent competence. I don't know what the licensing requirements are for people to perform the sorts of laser treatments that Randee Elaine does, but I think they need to be a little more stringent in their hiring practices, regardless, and to train staff more rigorously. As it stands, I suspect that one of these days something disastrous will happen, and they will be sued and go out of busines--the kind of thing that might make local news. I wouldn't absolutely recommend against this place, but I would advise prospective customers to proceed with some caution.

Fraxel Worked WONDERS on Stretch Marks!!! – OMG. I did 5 fraxel treatments on my buttocks, thighs, and legs and I am THRILLED. As an African American, I was unsure how the results would be, but figured it was worth the risk-and it was!! Stretchmarks on my thighs are so faint now they are practically gone and the ones on my bum have faded dramatically!! I am going back for a few more treatments!!! The marks on my legs are practically gone now too. My self esteem is through the roof and now I can wear bikinis, shorts, and skirts without being self conscious!! Highly recommended but avoid the Russian lady, she is too rough!! Otherwise I am ecstatic and will be doing some more work here and there including laser hair removal!! Yaayy!!! Just be prepared to cover up wherever you get done for a while as you will get darker dots; no worries, they will completely fade to reveal beautiful new skin!!

Best laser deals in manhattan! – I was scared to do laser at first and I did a lot of research on it. When I came across this place via internet, I called to schedule a consult. During the consult I did feel very comfortable and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. During my weeks of treatments, I did notice the hair on my neck and face starting to thin out and not grow back!!!

They said it takes up to 6 treatments to finish the whole process but Im only 3 treatments in and im in love with the results... A+++

Burns on your face – Run away from this place... Yes, they do publish deals to entice the customers but your loss will probably be much greater than the discount you are hoping to get with that deal.

I first went here several years ago for waxing, and I got burnt all over, and then got bruising and red skin, it hurt a lot and I had many waxing jobs done before, they simply did not know what they were doing. I did not care about it that much as it was a one time thing and did go there for some other simple stuff.

Then I decided to make use of their laser offer and regret it to this day. There is so much to say about this experience but I will try to sum it up:

-The people there stay for a few weeks to few months, you will almost never get the same person, if someone seems good and is bothered by the service they have there they will definitely be gone very soon. It is impossible to get the same people. I learned later that the first person who did my laser was a teenager who was not even certified.

- Their machines are old. The staff who uses them does not know what they do. I got seriously burnt from their laser both on my legs and on my face (which they coaxed me to saying I should get treatment on the area over my upper lip. I had never even waxed or done anything here and had very little, fine and light colored hair here... I have had these burn marks over my lip which is very embarrassing for years and the hair is now coming out darker- apparently you are not even supposed to do laser on light colored hair.) I did not mind that much the burns on my legs but the one on my face has been terrible.

-They offered microdermabasion for the upper lip area to get rid of the marks, it did not work, their own staff told me that the burns were deep and they would not go away with microd. I did not mind the burns on my legs that much as they are not in my face, but I was told by one of their own (who was gone soon after) that the settings that was used by the person who burnt my face and legs were not at all proper for me, that they were too high. Even during the session I was telling this person -who was close to the owner- that it was hurting too much but she carried on.

- I spent a ton of money and went to laser there for a long long time, many sessions. The laser did not work on my legs as suggested. I got less hair overall, but there is still tons of remaining hair and I have to shave regularly still.

The area over my lips has much more hair then ever in my life and they are dark.

- I wrote many letters to the manager there, and made phone calls as well. Initially they wasted time with the offer of the microd. Then that did not help and I went to talk to her and I said I was at this point too upset to do anything about the damages to me, but at least demanded my money back. She said she would get back to me after talking to the owner (even though most everyone claims she herself is the owner) but that I would get the money back for the upper lip laser, she would talk about the money for the legs. This is almost a year ago now, I made several calls, sent emails- nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and did not even put up a single review, but now I will put it everywhere so others don't get burnt like I did and lose tons of money, and complain to all possible places. They have absolutely no conscience or responsibility and will lie to your face.
