Got my car back and my kid's Nintendo DS had been stolen from his car-seat. I tipped them -- and then discovered they stole from my kid. Insult to injury, they were loud and rude about their "no liability" policy. I am never going back to Glen-Rock Car Wash.
Good job on my car – They do a very good job . Be sure to search for coupons and print out.
They are the best!!! – I've been going to the Glen-Rock Car Wash for over 10 years and they are great. The staff members are friendly and courteous. They are always very helpful if you need assistance with your car. My car battery died and one of the managers helped me out right away, which made me very happy and showed me that they car about their customers. The gas station is great too. It’s full service, which is very convenient. They check the oil, air pressure, and clean your windows. They are simply the best.
These guys are great! I've never experienced a better car wash. – My parents have lived in Glendale (Glen-Rock borders Glendale and Eagle Rock which is Los Angeles) over 40 years. I have lived in Glendale for 33 years. This car wash is the best. We've been getting our car washed at Glen-Rock since I was 16 years old and my parents before then. The reason I love the guys is because, this car wash, they clean the inside of you car well. They vacuum it, they will take out your floor mats if they are rubber and wash them with soap and water. The inside is like brand new after they clean it. I get all their waxes and it keeps my car clean for 3 months. They have, I think it's every wednesdays, when they discount the car wash. If they have ever made any mistakes, all you have to do is ask, and they'll help you and make it right. I have brought my car in really dirty before, and they'll put it through the car wash twice if they need too. Anyways, they also have a full service gas station where you can have your gas pumped for you and they'll clean your windshields if you want. Anyways, I highly recommend Glen-Rock Car Wash. They are literally part of the family.
Glen Rock Car Wash Damaged my Car and then lied about it!!!!!! – I bought my Chrysler Seabring in July of 2006 when I found I was about to be a single mom. On 2-24-2007 I finally had the money from my taxes to get my car detailed inside and out. My plan was to keep my car up so that I can easily trade it in for an upgrade in a year. I went there prior to Saturday to get information on price and details of what was included in the cleaning. When I interupted the only two workers I saw to inquire of info, they were rude. This should have been a warning. But everyone is entitled to a bad day right? That Saturday, I attempted again for info but now the workers were too busy. I paid in advance and had 3 1/2 hours quality time with my son. I came back; my car done; I first glanced on the side, then worked my way to the back to find black markings around the trunk. I tried to smudge it with my fingers thinking it would come off only to find something had DEEPLY scraped the metal. The worker stated this was there already. At first I thought this just might be a misunderstanding but the manager even said the markings were there before I took the car there. I cannot believe I spent 150.00 prepaid to take care of my car only to have to turn around and spend about 300.00 to fix their damages. It looks as if maybe going through the car wash one of the pads might have came off and the metal scraped my car? They showed no remorse. They did not want to give me the owners name. Arturo the manager did not offer to take anything off. It is basically my word against theirs. I dont understand how come they dont have a system that checks for damages first so this kind of thing is nipped in the bud. I didnt think I had to do that myself. Next time as this is a learning lesson. I was very offended as he basically called me a liar. I am not an actress! The police stated it was nothing they can do as this was no civil. I take care of my things. I'm not the type to try to get something for free. I did not deserve this.
Not options for interior detailing – The exterior wash is fine but they only do a very basic interior car wash. There is no way to upgrade the interior wash.
Great Value – This is a no-fuss car wash with full-service gas pumps that have lower prices than the local self-service gas stations. The men who do the detailing after your car has gone through the big swishy-washing rollers and the wax coater are quick and usually very detailed. Every once in a while they miss something but usually not. If you want, they also offer special detail options. Of course you pay extra, but every once in a while your car needs more than just a scrubbing (just like you).
