My nursing son has food allergies (gluten and dairy), so we went to Tribeca after learning they had gluten-free buns available. My burger was mistakenly served with cheese, so it had to be remade. During the 30 minutes that we were waiting for the new burger, we were offered nothing - not even a refill of our drinks. It took such a long time to get the replacement burger that we had to get it to go since we had our son was getting restless. Because it was obvious that the staff hadn't been properly trained in regards to dealing with food allergies, I asked and had the server verify that the bun was indeed gluten free. After my son got violently ill that night, I knew that I had been served the regular bun, not the GF one. I called and verified this fact with the manager, Thomas who was extremely nice and apologetic. However, he took down all of my information and said he was going to figure out how to make it right and get back to me. Granted, there isn't really anything he could do to make the situation any better short of finding a time machine or offering to hang out with my kid in the middle of the night when he woke up screaming in pain every night for a solid week. But that was a month ago, and I never even received a call back.
A great local find. The food presentation, quality and service were all outstanding. Very refreshing to find all in the same restaurant! And not super expensive. Great beer selection.
This place has a great kid's menu - lots of options that are not fried. This is great for us because our kids are foodies. The menu has something for everyone. I would recommend to families.
Good Burgers and Great Beer, as expected! Me and my husband are regulars now.
This place is awesome. I love the beer selection and nightly specials. Great service staff - very attentive. The patio is covered and has fans which is very important given the crazy heat.
We had an excellent experience at Tribeca. Very kid-friendly, excellent service and the good was delicious! The server was very knowledgable about the menu and kept our drinks refilled. Very good choice.
Creative Burgers – Great burgers, and very attentive and accommodating service. Didn't love the darkness and high noise level; so just be aware that this is a sports bar type of ambiance. But it was a delicious burger and there were very interesting menu (burger) options to choose from, as well as other items for those not in the mood for a burger.
Great menu – Tribeca has a great interior and dining set-up, with an abundance of TVs you would find at a typical sports themed restaurant. The similarity ends there as Tribeca has a fantatstic 'crave' menu that shows you that the food is a major part of the experience. The choices for drinks and for beers is excellent and great set-up for the core menu. With a number of really good looking entrees and sndwiches, it is hard to pass by the burger menu, which is unique and engaging...it was hard to choose just one. The 3 of us got 3 different burgrs and we all loved them and I want to go back and try 3 more.
Brother loved it – Great burgers (my brother said by far the best ever). Excellent service. We will definitely go back! Our server took great pride in the company's emphasis on local and we appreciate that.
