I'm baffled! – I was surfing through the web and came accross what i consider shocking accusations about Dr. Elizabeth Ramos & her staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Ramos' for approximately 15 years and I must say I have no complaints on how she or her staff handle themselves or their business. All of my transactions i.e. appointments, refferals, prescriptions run smoothly. Maybe because she's a no nonsense type people misunderstand this as being rude. She calls me with any and all concerns. She shocked me once when I was hospitalized and showed up to make sure I was alright. I mean, what more can one ask for from a Dr.? I will happily continue my alliance and reccomend her highly. But, you should check for yourself...

Dr Ramos is a treasure – I am a longtime patient of Dr Ramos and my regular visits to her office are always pleasant.. The staff is always professional and friendly and best of all the doctor sees me at the appointed time. No long waiting. I would recommend Dr Ramos unhesitatingly. She is a treasure,

"Dr." Elizabeth Ramos IS Rude – Dr. Ramos shouldn't be in the field of medicine. I on behalf of my ill father on a weekend and left a msg with their calling service, I did not state it was an emergency. When Dr. Ramos called back, she not only started the call rudely, she asked me to please stop wasting her time. She was condescending and spoke to me as if I were a child. I apologized and stated I did not state it was an emergency but instead wanted to know if she could call in the prescription to my father's pharmacy. She went on to tell me she left a voicemail she can only be reached during working hours and why I was calling her? Aside from this, I was getting over the flu, had an ear infection and all she said was "hello hello HELLO, can you hear me, why don't you answer me when I speak to you?" Is that the attitude of a "professional" in the medical field? I did not know calling in for her patient's prescription for a serious infection was a "waste of time". She will never be referred by me or my father and what an embarrassment to our latino community.

Unhelpful, rude receptionist – I was looking for a new primary physician and I called Elizabeth Ramos' office to make an appointment and had some questions. The receptionist was so rude I didn't even bother making the appointment. You'd think a doctor's office would be more welcoming of a new patient but not this place. If the receptionist is like that and can get away with that, I don't expect the doctor's attitude to be any better.
