Feel like a local – The first time I went here with a friend we had so much fun! The bar tender (male, forget his name) was so friendly and conversed with us and everyone else the whole night even though it was busy. He seemed like he actually liked his job. The other several times I've been there it's been a different bar tender (also male) and he is a lot less friendly and seems like he can't wait to get off. Even so, I still enjoy the little place because I feel like I'm in Ireland while I'm there and it's great!

A bricked-in pub with a young community feel and comfortable air. – In Short
The halfway-down-the-block location lends a sense of refuge from the standard Upper East Side intersection with a bar at each corner. Trinity feels secluded, while friendly service and an active jukebox generate a college feel; signs for patron ski trips capitalize on it. But the glass knick-knack cases, soothing cleanliness and pricey beers say that we have graduated to yuppie.

Went, Loved, Went Back – This bar is tinee-tiny but has a whole bunch of heart. Crowd was fairly young for it being a true traditional Euro pub and everyone seemed like they wanted to be there. The location probably keeps it from becoming a huge hit but if you are in the mood with a few friends for a fun-bonding experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommended.

Close Quarters – Nice little Irish pub. Good drafts and fair prices for the location. Gets a little crowded on the weekends. Especially like Jen the bartender. She makes a great cocktail! A great place to drink and get a good buzz on (don't drink & drive). A really good primer spot to the evening ahead.
