“love the follow-up calls Sabrina makes the next too, she makes you feel really comfortable and I really enjoyed the experience.”
“My color is always amazing and they have the best selection of lotions and CalTan products.”
“This is the best place to go tanning in Manhattan New York”
“The staff is not very professional or friendly and very pushy with selling their products and packages.”
“The packages are expensive compaired to other tanning salons within 5 blocks that are clean, modern, friendly, with almost no waiting ever.”
“Sabrina was professional and the service itself was quik with no long drying time.”
Very nice beds and front desk customer service :)
Really like the Diamond level, good results, great staff.
Michael and Raul were extremely helpful. They explained the packages available and gave me a full tour of the very clean facility.
This place is great. I love that they have extended hours! The service is phenomenal... Ask for Angel.
I was having a difficult time starting the tanning bed, thankfully Raul was there to help me get started. I felt very welcomed to ask any questions & enjoy my time there.
Overpriced and not very clean.
Outrageously expensive for what you are getting. I purchased 5 sessions for their best machine and the machine was dusty and gross. That's for $36 (plus $10 lotion). Also, when you buy a package, they limit the time that you can use your sessions, very weird. Not the newest equipment either. The place is very shabby.
The rooms have dirty-looking dark carpeting. Staff at a front desk is not very friendly. They have two stations but use one for some reason.
The best company to tan with in NYC. Of all the places in New York, I found Beach Bum to be the best. There are tons of locations all over manhattan, long island, jersey, and the east coast. They have extended store hours. The locations are nicely designed and well maintained.
expect to spend an hour on a 10 minute tan. if you have all the time in the world this place is fine. expect to spend a minimum of 10 mins up to 30 mins waiting to put your name in, then waiting another 10-30 mins to get into a bed. They dont have any of the low level beds (so plan on spending more for the higher end beds), and for the mid level there is 1 stand up and 3 lay downs, then there are like 3 high end beds and some spray tan stations. the people that work there are nice, but they will chat it up with every random person that walks in off the street and only purchases a single tan. then the customers that have paid $150+ a month stand and wait for these people's transactions to be over. they have 2 registers but they only use 1. being that they have management issues with the inflow of customers, after waiting for 20 mins to put your name in, all the sudden there are 10 ppl waiting for 3 beds. there is also always a gaggle of hoodlums hanging out in the lobby area who are not customers, but must be friends of the people that work there. so while you wait for 30 minutes for a bed, you cant even sit down.
