I wanted to express my appreciation for the way Chuck M. treated me as a customer this morning. He arrived on time, professional and knowledgeable about my heating and air conditioning system. He even shared helpful tips that can help to improve the health of my dogs (I have three boxers). This morning two technicians visited my home in response to a problem we're experiencing with a strong sewer odor in the powder room. While the problem unfortunately appears to be with the plumbing design that (hopefully) is covered under our home warranty, I want to pass along my feedback about the service I received. You are the second company we have had out to diagnose the problem and the first one to identify a problem with the second floor toilet drawing water from the first floor. I don't recall the names of the technicians that visited my home, but both were extremely courteous and informative.
really nice young guy came to fix my sink. He was really nice, thoughtful and very well mannered young man.
Your man was great, explained why he was here and what he was going to do.
