Don't waste your time – I was referred to this business by a guy friend who said the PRN man was professional and upfront with him. I took a half day from work only to have this man show up 2 hours late. First he pretended he did not know how to remove the lid and front panel from my machine, then he spent an hour initiating unrelated and inappropriate small talk. He determined that my washer needed a new motor, said he would order the part and return the next week to install it. I took another half day from work only for him to be late again.
At the second appointment, he brought a different part with him, took my washer apart, spent another 2 hours on useless talk, wiggled a few wires (did not install the part he brought with him), and concluded that I was not operating my washer controls properly (after several years of use). He left without charging me which was good b/c my washer still didn't work.
After I called to inform him I was going to find someone who could really do the work, he showed up unexpected after hours and insisted he'd fix the washer this time. When I refused to entertain him, he left without even apologizing for wasting what totaled and entire work day of my time and leaving me without a usable machine.
Premier Resource Network, LLC is still working to provide prompt and professional appliance repair service to all customers.
Go With Someone Else – I called PRN to fix a broken microwave/oven combo. From the moment I said it was a microwave, I was told they sometimes don't bother with them. They did, never the less, book an appointment for the following day, between 2-4 pm. I came home and waited until 5:300, when I received a call from PRN telling me they wouldn't make it that day and that I would receive a call in the morning. By 9:30 the next morning, I decided to call them. They didn't seem concerned in the least that they were keeping me home and not communicating with me. I was told I'd get a call later that day. (Why couldn't he just schedule the appointment?!?) I never got another call. I called them this morning and left a message to let them know that three days of being held hostage by them was enough and that I would find a more responsive and responsible outfit to help me. I have yet to hear anything from them. This sort of shoddy treatment is customer abuse. They'll never get a call from me again.
