Reviews for CVS Pharmacy

After 23 years of giving CVS Pharmacy our drug store business including filling at least 15 prescriptions every month for last 7 years we are fed up and done giving CVS our money. The last straw was tonight when I went in and was waited on by the most rude, uncompassionate, unapologetic excuse for counter help I have ever encountered.

At 8pm tonight, after being diagnosed with pneumonia, I encountered Terry Daughter, a very rude, hostile angry employee of CVS. After unapologetically informing me that it would be over an hour and a half wait for my medication and me showing disappointment in the wait as I could not breath and needed my inhaler he complained about only having 3 people working and told me to go else where. Then when I complained to his boss (the other pharmacist) about Terry's treatment of me, Terry came behind the counter and threw my prescription at me and told me to take it somewhere else to be filled. Terry is obviously the one running the show at CVS as he was allowed to humiliate me and treat me this way in front of the other customers without any consequence for his abuse.

When the store manager came back and talked to Terry he lied to her and then when she left he came across the way and stood over me and ordered me to find his manager before I leave the store and speak to her. I asked him to not speak to me and he just got louder.

CVS will never see another cent from my family and I will bad mouth CVS and Terry Daughter every chance I get.

If you cannot show compassion and kindness when people are sick but have to bully and intimidate instead then maybe a pharmacy is not where you should be working.
