They did a complete replacement of my HVAC system. Worked with my Home Warranty company to help defray the cost and provided excellent service. I had three other vendors try to resolve my problem and Parrish was able to diagnose the problem and gave us real options from repair to replace with no hard sell. My wife and I decided to replace the system as the builder grade system had been put through a lot of abuse by the previous owner and we wanted some peace of mind. On install day they provided two crews which were professional, courteous and just plain nice. They did a great job with the install and My wife and I could not be happier. Based on this experience, we will always recommend Parrish to all of our friends and neighbors.

My furnace pilot light wouldn't light. My home warranty company hired Parrish Services to come out and look at it. The technician showed up in the time slot they provided. It all was fixed in about 30 minutes. Afterwards he explained what had happen and informed me of the other services. Couldn't have had a better and quick experience. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I had them install a whole house generator, and was extremely pleased with the process. There were some delays that could have been better communicated to me, but once all the parts were in, the installation was a breeze.

They were called to service our A/C after another company failed to fix it. The Parrish technician took the time, in extreme heat, to properly situate a drain pipe in the attic. The previous company (United Air Temp) had regularly serviced the unit and never found the problem. Parrish sent another technician to replace a capacitor, he showed up on time, was informative and friendly and fixed the problem. The technician mentioned that a high efficiency unit would be better---but didn't push. Parrish didn't lie to us like United Air Temp. United stated that if we didn't have regular maintenance on our units, our Home Warranty would be invalidated. A total lie! We've asked our Home Warranty company to only send Parrish Services to our house.

Like everyone else hereI was introduced to Parish by a home warranty service call. Unlike other people, my experience with Parish has been excellent. I had them install a new high efficiency furnace in 2004. The installation was perfect and worked flawlessly. The crew was great; knowledgeable and on-time. This past fall the water heater failed and I had them install a tankless heater. Again, professional and punctual. My home is one of the less than 10% using oil heat. So, thinking that there's a limited future in oil and to increase the resale desirability of my home, two months ago I had them install a geothermal system. I'm very happy with Parish and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I've used Parrish Services twice now, both times with the same technician, Andrew. 1st time was back in January when my heater went out (oil). It was a Saturday night, and two other companies I called didn't even have an employee available that knew oil furnaces. Parrish had someone here within the hour. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it (almost) fixed quickly. However, the system needed 1 broken piece to be replaced in order to start working again, which he didn't have, and seeing as it was the weekend, said he couldn't get until Monday. But sure enough, first thing Monday he arrived with the part and installed it, getting my heater back up and running again. He was so professional and nice, even bringing treats for my dogs and being very aware of not tracking dirt in on his shoes. Second time I brought him back to install an air purifier for our home, which was done within an hour as well. Very prompt and professional service, I'll definitely use them again!

We've used Parrish since 1999 and have gotten great service on everything from HVAC to Plumbing. They have done major renovations to the plumbing in a 90 year old home, installed funaces on two different houses for us as well as minor plumbing fixes. We've had nothing but great luck with their techs. Yes they try to upsell but so does eveyone, that's part of the job. We don't call anyone else anymore.

We used this company to inspect our A/C unit, as we let our annual inspection plan with another company lapse. The technician arrived right on time, was courteous, did a thorough job, was friendly and knowledgable, and took the time to explain everything he did during the inspection - a well as show me pictures of and explain the inner workings of my unit. My unit is running better than ever. I have no complaints about this company.

Been using Parrish for the past 2 years after having them show up as assigned by our AHS plan. We also has similar BAD results with United Air and Temp and I would say if they are ever assigned to come to your residence don't aloow them to come, request a second company. They (United Air and Temp) sent a tech one day only to tell me the Sr. Tech would have to make a visit the next day to confirm his diagnostics. Come to find out the compressor on the unit had gone out and the Sr. Tech told AHS this was my fault and they (AHS) called me to tell me they wouldn't cover my unit. Thats when I called Parrish myself and got the second opinoin. Come to find out a MORE qualified tech from Parrish rather than the Sr. Tech at United Air and Temp disagreed with the Sr. Tech and reported his findings to AHS. At that time they covered my unit and instead of replacing my compressor they showed up with a completely new unit.
