At first they did fix my transmission. But after I got it back it never ran correctly again. They held truck for over a month while telling me that a number of different things were being replaced and they couldn't figure out why it was running the way it was. I was getting extremely frustrated about hearing that my truck would be ready tomorrow for over a month so I went up there and look under the hood and und the body and discovered that nothing had been touched. After demanding my truck back all that it needed was a new fuel filter. Don't go to free miles unless you are wanting to get screwed.
Finally an honest shop that I can trust. These guys are thorough and quick! Thank you for the great service that you have provided us.
It's good to know that there are businesses that still exist that are honest, straightforward, and affordable. Free Miles Transmission is one of these businesses. I came in had needed to have my transmission looked at. They were able to diagnose the problem and quoted me a price that was a lot less cheaper than other auto repair places I went to prior to finding Free miles.
To fix my car, they offered me a very affordable rate and they were very honest with me about what I needed to be done and what could be done at a later time. Thanks!
These guys are great. They're straightforward with you and they don't try to trick you into fixing other issues that aren't necessary. Their prices are very affordable too.
They have great customer service and they are very professional. They even kept the shop open later so that I could get my car after work. They let me know exactly what repairs were done to the car and they were very detailed.
Gaige was very helpful, he answered all my questions. He done with my car when he said he was going to be done (no unexpected delays). overall great experience.
Mark has helped me for several years now. He has done regular transmission service on all five of my vehicles to a new transmission in my 2004 Concord in July. Even brought in my mother-in-laws car when it was time. Have had a great experience
Recently had my transmission changed out on my 05 Chevy Cobalt at FREE MILES Transmission. The customer service was great, they got me in right away and worked around my schedule. A big factor for me was price, they were cheapest of a few other local shops and dealers, but also the fact that they had a rental car for me to drive. Transmission came with a warranty and has worked great since. Very easy to deal with and easy to talk to at this shop. Appreciate good customer service and how easy and fast the process was. The employees felt trustworthy given the amount of money I had to spend to get my car back on the road. Thank You.
This has to be the absolute best experience I have had with getting my car repaired. My BMW wouldn't reverse...dealer was out of site for my car. Mark gave me a great quote to fix what I hear is a commmon occurance with the 3 series engine. Not only was his quote the best, but the final bill came in less that what he quoted me!!! You guys are the best and I am sending all my friends to you!
