Very happy customer – We purchased a 2007 VW at Beach Blvd Automative and would like to say that they treated us with the utmost respect were more than helpful, and when we needed to extend one payment, and catch up with an insurance payment it was no problem they staff worked with us.When we paid off the VW we had our title immediately given to us in good time frame. All we can say is we would BUYANOTHER AUTO FROM THEM IS YES I WOULD. I WOULD NOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT IT. SERVICE WAS OUT STANDING FREINDLY THEY GAVE US THE CHANCE WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD! Vehicle Dependability - BMW 2003 – To whom this may concern:
I recently bought the above vehicle from your facility in November 2010 (not even a year) for a ripoff cost $11,000 cash. I forget my salesman's name (nice guy). My intention of this email is to let you know that I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with this vehicle. Actually the day I drove it off your lot on got on I-95 the ABS break light came on and subsequently in upcoming months the quality and reliability from this vehicle was in one word; TERRIBLE!!
In the coming months I poured a total of $3,210 into that car (i.e. total replacement of the coolant system at Tom Bush on Atlantic Blvd, water pump replacement at Tom Bush on Blanding) and host of other issues. Inventually the engine head gasket and engine itself cracked therefore not holding any coolant which is leaking all over the place. This is without a doubt the worst car I have purchased in my lifetime and I am 52 years old. I am currently looking on some type of action that will let me recoup some of the money I wasted on this vehicle. Facility should do a better job of checking their vehicles (certified).
Again, just wanted you to know my total dissatisfaction with the vehicle. Obviously, probably another dissatisfied customer and obviously won't be telling any of my friends or family to come to Beach Blvd Automotive.
Horrible and Shady Business – This people are complete RIP OFFS. Mr. King is a scam artist that preys upon lower income people. Marie is a smart mouth Trailer Trash in her BMW. They lie. Sell defective vehicles and hustle people. They do not like to report to the Credit Bureau unless some is bad. They do not report anything positive and they are poor business people. Please go anywhere else. Do not go here. I had to report them to the State of FL. They are liars and cheats. Please....Please....Go anywhere else...
Not a good place to buy a car from – I bought a car from this place when I first moved to Florida. It was a total lemon. The motor mounts went, then the head gaskets, finally the reverse band in the transmission stopped working. They refused to acknowledge the warranty I bought and pretty much left me with a junk car. I will never buy another vehicle from these people and suggest you do not either. The persons I dealt with were great people ... until I asked for help. They suddenly stopped returning phone calls and refused to even talk to me. Do NOT get fooled by there claims of standing behind every vehicle they sell, they ripped me off and will probably do likewise to you. Worse person I've ever dealt with in my life was John King. He is rude, stubborn, and has a nasty temper once you sign the contract. Do not be fooled when he comes in all smiles ... once you buy the car he becomes a completely different person.
Great Service! – Just wanted to take a minute to thank Marie, Ginny and the other young ladies in the service department! Each time I come to make a payment, they are always courteous and attentive to my needs. I have never had a question they could not answer! Ladies - I thank you for the great service!
Don't do it! You will regret it for life!Don't buy from them – Simply the Biggest Lemon Lot! I got good material and evidence of how crappy this dealer is! Military folks before you close a deal take all the paperwork and have your Legal Office review them. These corrupt businesses are out there and WE the people need to get them off circulation!
Great Full Service USED car dealership! – Remember this is a Used Car Lot!!!
1. Have the car inspected by an independent dealership as soon as possible (preferably before purchase). This is a right you have.
2. If anything is wrong, communicate with service as soon as possible. See what they're willing to fix...if it's agreeable, then do it, but if not, then it's your own fault!!
3. Make your payments on time every time. Repossessions happen when people don't pay their bills or let the required full coverage insurance lapse. I don't know how lenient they are, but if a bank is asking for cash or if the dealer is due cash, then you have an obligation to pay them.
Need a CAR - These people will finance you!! – I was not screwed on price or professionalism! But I know I needed a car and BEACH BLVD AUTOMOTIVE financed me.....no one else would! Yes - I've been irresponsible in the past, but BEACH BLVD AUTOMOTIVE helped me get my credit back in shape and got me in the car I could be proud of! I am GRATEFUL for John King, I am GRATEFUL of the reminders to pay on time and I am GRATEFUL for my car.
DO NOT FINANCE A CAR FROM THIS HELL HOLE!!!!! – THEY DROVE MY CAR OFF THE PARKING LOT OF MY WORK PLACE YESTERDAY LATE AFTERNOON. I HAVE NOT TALKED TO ANYONE, SO I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON. I AM NOT LATE ON MY CAR PAYMENT, BUT MY INSURANCE JUST CANCELLED ON THE 19TH OF SEPT. OF 2009 (FROM WHAT I SEE ON THE LETTER THAT THEY MAILED ME JUST A FEW DAYS AGO). NOW, THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE $89 I OWE ON THE 25TH, THE REPO FEE (EVEN THOUGH THEY DROVE THE CAR OFF, NOT TOWED IT), AND OF COURSE I HAVE TO GET NEW INSURANCE! THEY KNOW THAT MY CAR IS MY ONLY TRANSPORTATION, AND THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING ON IT. THESE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY JOHN KING, HAVE NO HEART AT ALL. THEY ARE MEAN, RUDE, HEARTLESS, CRUEL, AND THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL! I ADVISE TO THE WHOLE WORLD TO NOT FINANCE A CAR FROM THIS HELL HOLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SCREWED. MY CAR HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS, THEY DID NOT DO ANY TUNE UP AT ALL, THE TRUCK DOESN'T WORK, THE ELECTRICAL IN THE CAR DOESN'T WORK, AND MORE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH THIER BUISNESS. I SHOULD OF WENT BACK TO HONDA, THEY WOULD HAVE TREATED ME A WHOLE LOT BETTER!!!
Horrilble Place corrupt and make $$ off of fees.... – The are horrible people and or family. The make most of their monies trying to get your car back or in any hidden fees they can. If you are unfortunate enough to have your car serviced through them. It will have even more problems that they will be happy to service for you with fees. They never give you a statement showing any financial info. They charge you every two weeks just so they can report to your credit agency you are late as soon as possible. Very bad people. That is how they stay in business and God will handle them here or in later life.
