Allow me to begin by saying: IF YOU ARE SITTING ON BACK TAXES GET OFF YOUR BUTTS! Ahem. So if you can't tell I waited on my taxes thinking, well "If I don't think about them I won't have to deal with them." Unfortunately just because I didn't think about my taxes doesn't mean the IRS will, which brings me to my review. A few weeks back I received a nasty gram from our favorite revenue collecting agency, the IRS, stating an intent to levy or seize (gasp!) any assets necessary to satisfy my multiple years of debt, which according to the IRS, was above 30g's!!! Needless to say I was overwrought with anxiety when I came to the office and I am slightly ashamed to admit I cried a little at my tax preparer, who, God bless her heart, offered my a hankie and some tea. I literally dropped 2 boxes of everything important looking I could possibly find in her lap and begged her to make it better. Lo and behold two weeks later I have 3 of my 5 back returns completed and additional deductions that Carol was able to find me has lead to a significant reduction of my debt. What's more; Carol was good enough to send a letter of abatement in on my behalf to attempt to remove some of the fines associated with late filing.

DO NOT WAIT I AM TELLING YOU IT IS A TERRIBLE IDEA.

I trusted these ladies to get me out of some serious hot water, and although I ain't out of the frying pan yet, I'm not going to boil alive. So what have we learned? Don't wait for the IRS to light the fire under your feet and let Action Tax douse the flames of your anxiety:)

Action Impuestos. I have gone to Action Tax for 2 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I drive long distance to stay with them because they are so worth it. They are a bunch of candid, honest individuals who truely care for me.

The most important reason I keep coming back is the peace of mind that comes from knowing that there are professionals handeling everything. I know that they are doing it right and I don't have too spend all my money to make money.

Thanks ya'll for all the hard work you do.

BEWARE!!!. We had three consecutive years of taxes prepared at one time.

We have received letters from the IRS that show us owing money and explaining that our taxes have not been prepared correctly.

It took 3 appointments to gather all the information that was required of us in order to prepare our taxes accurately.

When we would call about the letters we would often get no response and on two different occasions we received hard copies of our tax documents they prepared for us. The problem wasn't that our taxes weren't filed. The problem lied in how they were prepared.

When someone did respond to our inquiries it was explained that they have a very detailed process of responding, but we have two examples of how this wasn't at all your practice or procedure.

Everyone makes mistakes and that is fine, but this business does not accept any accountability for their actions.

We have filed a complaint with the BBB. Don't let this happen to you or anyone you know!
