Worst service ever! – OMG this place is the worst! I called them and they said it would take 30 minutes to get to me because the guy was fixing a tire. After 30 minutes I called and asked how much longer and they said to give them another 30-40 minutes. So naturally I was irritated and stated if they knew it was going to take an hour they should have informed me of that in the first place. They asked if I still wanted to wait for them, and I said I guess so because I didn't seem to have a choice at the time. So after waiting another 35 minutes, I called to see what the delay was yet again. Then Paul the owner or whoever he was, comes to the phone and very rudely tells me, "No one is going to pick you up, because of your attitude." MY attitude?!?! Lol. Uh ok. Totally disregarded the fact that the morons who work for him told me it would take 30 minutes, which ended up taking over an hour and 15 minutes!!! I called another service that came like he promised within 30 minutes and charged just $5 more. Pay $5 more and get better service, because EZ lockout will leave you stranded for hours! The rating actually does not even deserve one star! Everything the owner Paul will reply with are all fabricated stories and LIES as he has posted on other comments I have made throughout the internet. It is an outright LIE that I used any vulgarity or threats towards his staff. He is grasping for straws out of desperation to save his reputation. And what is going to happen is that he will get sued for slander as well as harassment! During my calls I must have spoken to a total of about 4 different people. Each not knowing what the other was saying or doing. To include Paul the supposed owner! I stick to my story and the FACTS that I have posted on this review. So please do not believe his FABRICATED story just to look or sound good to the public. You might get a good sense of his character (or lack thereof) if he feels the need to post BOGUS reviews with 4 and 5 stars. UPDATE: On April 11, 2012, something happened that was beyond comprehension, not to mention quite appalling! At approximately 10:50am today, Paul the owner showed up at my doorstep at my apartment knocking very loud. I asked who it was and what he needed. He stated, "I am Paul Brown and am here to discuss what happened the other day." I told him I didn't know who he was and refused to open the door until he told me what business he had with me. He said he was from EZ Lockout. Unbelievable! Rather than pick up the phone to call and discuss this matter (which I thought was OVER AND DONE with from the moment they refused to give me service), he came over to my place of residence. Just as I told him and the police when I called them out here to take a report...I took this "visit" as a direct threat to me, a form of intimidation, as well as a form of harassment! I asked him to leave and he said not until I opened the door and discussed the matter further with him. The officers who showed up to take the report could not believe the audacity of him showing up at my doorstep! Note: I NEVER gave him my address when I first made the call for him to come assist with unlocking my vehicle. So he went through great lengths or illegal ways to obtain my address with just my name and the license plate number I gave him. Funny how he could not show up to assist me, but he could show up to threaten or intimidate me. Hmmmm....

Service was denied in this case due to verbal profanity, demands, and threats toward staff.
In this case, in order to preserve safety and security of staff, the call was cancelled and service was denied.
This customer is upset that she was denied service due to her inappropriate behavior.
Best Roadside Assistance – We had a Flat tire and could not get the lugnits off, we call Ez Lockout and Roadside Service and Paul Brown was there at our home to not only change the tire but plugged the nail hole and put the tire back on our Jeep within 10minutes. He was very courteous and polie and friendly..Will definetly call him again when needing any roadside assistance. Keeping his number in all three of our cars..Thanks Paul!!!!

Excellent Service! – I was in town for a convention. While in a rush to get to my booth, I shut the door on my tahoe remembering the keys were locked inside. I wasn't sure who to call, but this company was very polite, fast, and very reasonably priced.
