Amazing service! Marcus was in constant communication with us, arrived on the confirmed date and completed the contracted work. Marcus is personable, friendly, and always at work with a smile on his face. The customer service we received from Marcus was OUTSTANDING and will recommend PlumbWorks and Marcus to all our friends and family.

Our first indication of a real problem was when we received a $500 water bill....not the best time to have to find a plumber when you have never hired one before. After we picked ourselves up the floor panic mode began. Hiring contractors is stressful and even using online listing sites has not always gone well for us. I thought of the great experience we have had in the past with Washington Energy Service and was pleased to find they now offered plumbing service through PlumbWorks. Made the call and within hours someone was onsite and found the source of the problem. Marcus was fabulous! He even took photos from the crawl space to bring up and show me the problem and was very straight forward and helpful explaining the issue and what needed to be done. I was amazed at how fast the problem was found and addressed and how considerate Marcus was of my time knowing this was not the best day for me! The bill was as promised --no surprises! I will definitely use PlumbWorks again and would highly recommend them to anyone whether in crisis or not!

Amazing Customer Service! Marcus was. Amazing Customer Service!

Marcus was awesome! He was on time, friendly, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable.

The great customer service i received well surpassed my expectations and i now have my "go to" guy for any future plumbing needs.

BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!. On 4/11/12 we had Plumbworks install a new sink and toilet. The entire process from the first call to the completion was exactly 1 week.

We first met Markus who impressed us with his knowledge and commitment.

Today Markus and Chris came and did the installation.

In all the years I've lived here, this was probably one of the most efficient and pleasent installations ever!

Both gentlemen were thoughtful, caring, professional, and brought their A Game!!!

I'm thrilled with the new products, but even more so with the attitude and customer service these gentlement employ!

There is no doubt that if I EVER have another plumbing need, this is who I will call...

I give these guys 5 stars! Superb service, quality, customer satisfaction, and follow-through!

Reliable, friendly, reasonable service. What a great experience we had with Plumbworks. Plumbworks is a division of Washington Energy Services and I can't say enough about what a great experience (as far as clogged plumbing goes) I had. Marcus was so intelligent, and clear with his explanations about our issues. He worked quickly and the price was very reasonable. I will call Plumbworks again the next time I need plumbing assistance for sure!
