The Kia dealership in Littleton is hands down the best place I have ever been. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Andy gave me my options, told me what those options would cost me and then I made my decision. Not once did they try to get me to spend more money than I wanted. I will be a Kia owner for life!
I have been shopping for a new vehicle since late last summer and have literally researched and test driven each and every vehicle currently available in the small SUV class. Honestly I would have purchased something much sooner were it not for the combination of an unimpressive product from most manufacturers and the overall incompetence displayed by the salespeople I encountered throughout my vehicle search. Although not initially on my radar I eventually came across the Kia Sportage which is hands down the nicest vehicle I found in the small SUV class. I ended up visiting a few different Kia dealerships but I must say Matthew Sandoval and Peak Kia definitely stood out amongst their competitors. Their vehicle had the best price, their building was much nicer than the other dealerships I visited and Matthew was the best salesman I have ever encountered. He made this the most enjoyable transaction I have ever been a part of and I can't thank him enough. So if you happen to find yourself in the market for a new vehicle I would strongly suggest you look into a Kia and more specifically visit Peak Kia and Matthew Sandoval.

This place is excellent. After a couple days of hardcore car shopping i was fed up with all the stress and salesman attitudes I almost didnt want to shop any more. I stopped in at Peak and worked with Victor Sena. He was really helpful and didnt have any of the high pressure attitude I had gotten other places. They have a decent selection and prices are good too. I would recommend this place just by the way the staff treated me alone.
The only word I can think to describe how my experience was, is AMAZING. I was so terrified to even begin looking for a new car. I knew my credit was not at all where it should be and that made the even more horrific. But one day while listening to the radio I had heard an advertisement for PEAK KIA and decided to jump online and express interest. Again I was very hesitant to do so because in the past other dealerships would instantly jump to "hey go get a co signer." However PK was totally opposite. Paul gave me a call the next day, asked a little about me and what I was looking for, explained how financing worked, and answered every question I had. Matter of fact he made me feels comfortable and confident I filled out the finance application that day. He kept me in touch each step of the way so I was never in the dark. Once I was approved, without a cosigner I might add, I went in with my family and Paul treated us all like family. It was awesome to have a real person and not some salesman who was just pushing me to buy. I am so glad Paul could understand how the whole experience was scary for me being a first time buyer. I will always recommend Peak Kia for anyone looking to buy for two reasons, one they can get you financed and two, Paul O'Farrell will get you in the car you want without any regrets.
From start to finish this was by far my best car buying experience. Matthew Sandoval went completely above and beyond anything you would expect from a salesman. His knowledge of the Kia Sorento was beyond impressive and overall he was a joy to work with. It felt like I was dealing with a close trusted friend. I recommend Peak Kia and especially Matthew Sandoval to anyone in the market for a new car.
This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Victor Sena and he is the best car buying guide (I wont say car salesman because he was not like anyone I have ever dealt with) I have ever had. He was courteous, professional and friendly. We went through the whole lot looking and everything. the selection was great and the prices were good. The whole time he kept his professionalism while answering all of my questions. He was very honest and even gave me answers that steered me away at times. It was really refreshing to be able to work with someone that makes you comfortable and educated. After quite some time I picked out a 2012 pathfinder. From there the financing was great. it took no time at all and they had everything ready to go. as soon as we were done they told me my car was ready and waiting. when I got to it I found they had washed it really well so much that it looked even better then when I picked it out, and filled the gas tank. I will recomment peak kia to everyone looking for a new car. And if you go make sure you talk to Victor. you will really enjoy it, especially if you have had bad car guy experiences in the past.
On behalf of my husband and I, even though we had to drive for 4 hours to pick it up and 4 hours home, this is the best car buying experience we have ever had. All of your staff is well knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful. Thank you for this and we will consider driving that far again when we begin looking for our next vehicle!
Bar none the best car buying experience I have ever been involved with in my 42 years. Sophie Pearson provided a stress free environment and took the time to explain every detail to my satisfaction and ensured I was completely comfortable with the entire purchase, additionally Sophie provided me with a extremely detailed orientation of my 2014 Sorento.
This place is by far the least stressful car sales place on the planet. I worked with Victor Sena and wow was I impressed. we talked about just about every car on the lot and the whole time he was extremely patient and willing to take the time with me. I can be a bit picky at times and he had no problem letting me take my time and find the perfect car. I ended up buying something that was a little higher than my budget but it has worked out perfectly. the whole staff is really friendly and not pushy like alot of other places in town. the showroom is really clean and they give you drinks and popcorn while you are waiting. financing is really easy and takes no time at all. I recommend this place to everyone I know looking to buy a car.
