This place is excellent. After a couple days of hardcore car shopping i was fed up with all the stress and salesman attitudes I almost didnt want to shop any more. I stopped in at Peak and worked with Victor Sena. He was really helpful and didnt have any of the high pressure attitude I had gotten other places. They have a decent selection and prices are good too. I would recommend this place just by the way the staff treated me alone.
The only word I can think to describe how my experience was, is AMAZING. I was so terrified to even begin looking for a new car. I knew my credit was not at all where it should be and that made the even more horrific. But one day while listening to the radio I had heard an advertisement for PEAK KIA and decided to jump online and express interest. Again I was very hesitant to do so because in the past other dealerships would instantly jump to "hey go get a co signer." However PK was totally opposite. Paul gave me a call the next day, asked a little about me and what I was looking for, explained how financing worked, and answered every question I had. Matter of fact he made me feels comfortable and confident I filled out the finance application that day. He kept me in touch each step of the way so I was never in the dark. Once I was approved, without a cosigner I might add, I went in with my family and Paul treated us all like family. It was awesome to have a real person and not some salesman who was just pushing me to buy. I am so glad Paul could understand how the whole experience was scary for me being a first time buyer. I will always recommend Peak Kia for anyone looking to buy for two reasons, one they can get you financed and two, Paul O'Farrell will get you in the car you want without any regrets.
From start to finish this was by far my best car buying experience. Matthew Sandoval went completely above and beyond anything you would expect from a salesman. His knowledge of the Kia Sorento was beyond impressive and overall he was a joy to work with. It felt like I was dealing with a close trusted friend. I recommend Peak Kia and especially Matthew Sandoval to anyone in the market for a new car.
This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Victor Sena and he is the best car buying guide (I wont say car salesman because he was not like anyone I have ever dealt with) I have ever had. He was courteous, professional and friendly. We went through the whole lot looking and everything. the selection was great and the prices were good. The whole time he kept his professionalism while answering all of my questions. He was very honest and even gave me answers that steered me away at times. It was really refreshing to be able to work with someone that makes you comfortable and educated. After quite some time I picked out a 2012 pathfinder. From there the financing was great. it took no time at all and they had everything ready to go. as soon as we were done they told me my car was ready and waiting. when I got to it I found they had washed it really well so much that it looked even better then when I picked it out, and filled the gas tank. I will recomment peak kia to everyone looking for a new car. And if you go make sure you talk to Victor. you will really enjoy it, especially if you have had bad car guy experiences in the past.
On behalf of my husband and I, even though we had to drive for 4 hours to pick it up and 4 hours home, this is the best car buying experience we have ever had. All of your staff is well knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful. Thank you for this and we will consider driving that far again when we begin looking for our next vehicle!
Bar none the best car buying experience I have ever been involved with in my 42 years. Sophie Pearson provided a stress free environment and took the time to explain every detail to my satisfaction and ensured I was completely comfortable with the entire purchase, additionally Sophie provided me with a extremely detailed orientation of my 2014 Sorento.
This place is by far the least stressful car sales place on the planet. I worked with Victor Sena and wow was I impressed. we talked about just about every car on the lot and the whole time he was extremely patient and willing to take the time with me. I can be a bit picky at times and he had no problem letting me take my time and find the perfect car. I ended up buying something that was a little higher than my budget but it has worked out perfectly. the whole staff is really friendly and not pushy like alot of other places in town. the showroom is really clean and they give you drinks and popcorn while you are waiting. financing is really easy and takes no time at all. I recommend this place to everyone I know looking to buy a car.
Buying a car in the past has never been an easy nor fun experience for us until we found Peak Kia in Littleton. Sophie Pearson and Lalo Rincon were the sales reps that we worked with and they were both fantastic!
The personal service that we received all the way through the process was unmatched by any other dealer in town. Sophie and Lalo were both so very helpful in our selection of our vehicle. They found for us exactly what we were looking for in the Sorento. I had done my research online prior to going and I knew exactly what I wanted. They did not try to show me anything other than what I wanted and we found the perfect one!
They made the trade in process super easy as I could not wait to trade in my old car and the pricing for our lease was perfect, no bull, no games. That alone was so appreciated!
Sophie was great as she set aside time to show me all the bells and whistles that came with my new Sorento. She even walked me back to the service department and introduced me to several members of their staff that I would be working with in the future for my maintenance and oil changes. Not only that but she called and followed up with an email to make sure I was not having any problems using my new car. Who does that these days?
Our experience was so great that within a week we found ourselves in need of a used car for our daughter and we knew there was only one place we would go. When we went in to the dealership we were greeted by Lalo and he remembered my name! He jokingly said "Hey Meaghan, you here to buy another car?" and I said "why yes actually I am" LOL!!!
We told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect car. During the test drive he even gave my daughter some driving tips. That really showed us that they are a very caring bunch! He was truly concerned that we found just the right car for her and not just trying to get the sale.
Peak Kia will have our business for life! I have already referred several of my clients and family to this dealership and if you are reading this review, I am sure you can tell we highly recommend you do business here. There staff is tops all the way from the sales to the service dept.
Libby was exceptional. Smiles from the moment she greeted me at Peak Kia. She was trusting from the start, and allowed me to take home information and call her when I was ready. Which changed from Thursday today mainly for that reason. I have never had a salesman (or woman) that wasn't overly aggressive, and Libby allowed me to do things according to my schedule, while still providing me with more then enough information. I found that refreshing! I will send many friends this way.
Alyssa was very helpful, courteous, and up front on all info. I had a horrible experience at John Elway Chevy and did not know what to expect but I am very pleased with her service. I will recommend this dealership based off her service.
