Great Ad's, good food, poor service. – I have to agree with so many of the posters below me--the pizza (from Domino's is good, the price is right, but this store has poor service).

I ordered on-line, because it's quicker than calling and I'm such a frequent Domino's order my CC info is already in. Bing, bang, boom, less than 1 minute and $16.99 of food is on its way.

This is where things get bad, I like the hot sauce and chicken pizza--for some reason they mess it up all the time. The delivery, as stated below, takes over 40 minutes (we talking 1/2 mile away). The food tends to be cold and the drivers are rude.

Anyways, this time the driver comes to my apt and refuses to get out of the car and deliver the pizza. I broke my leg so stairs hurt right now, hence the delivery. Dude just drives off. I call the manager (really the bad attitude asst. manager) and she refuses to deliver or refund my money and proceeds to hang up on me. How rude!

So, I use the on-line complaint form and am given the corporate supervisors info. We'll see where it goes from there.

I'm just annoyed. There really is no loyalty or deference to the customer, if you would have read my comments about delivery you would have known I needed it to my door--call me, tell me about your silly policy, but don't make me wait an hour and then insult me.

Pizza-delivery giant features hot, fresh pies delivered in signature HeatWave bags. – In Short
Operating since 1960, Domino's is best known for its delivery service and pizzas arrive hot, thanks to the company's plugged-in HeatWave delivery-bag technology. Build your own pie--add toppings to either Ultimate Deep Dish, Crunchy Thin Crust or Classic Hand Tossed styles--or select a Feast Pizza, like the MeatZZa Feast, topped with pepperoni, ham, beef and Italian sausage. Build a meal with side orders like Amazin' Greens salads, Buffalo Chicken Kickers and Cinna Stix.
