I will never use anyone else to repair my computer. Sean and his team are amazing! When my computer crashed, along with every ounce of data on my hard drive AND my back up drive, I Sean dropped everything to immediately help me recover my client data from my broken hard drive. He took the time to walk me through the process, explained the likely cost and kept in touch with me each step of the way. He worked a miracle and managed to recover my ENTIRE computer from a dead hard drive. He completely saved me and then charged me less than his original quote. I will forever use S&S for all my computer problems. They are the best!
I can't say enough good things about Sean and his team at S&S. I took my aging Dell desktop computer in when it locked up (Windows Vista sucks, by the way) and Sean ended up spending more time than we thought it would take trying to diagnose the problem. Undeterred by the various issues with my computer, he was able to diagnose the problem (a corrupted operating system) and fix it. He kept me updated the entire time and discussed several options with me along the way. I was worried about the cost given the number of man-hours he and his techs spent trying to figure it out but the final cost was extremely reasonable and was what we had initially discussed even before he knew how long it would take to fix. He backed up my data and stored it in case something was missing. He even followed up with me several days after the repair to make sure everything was okay.
Had I taken my system to Best Buy or most other computer repair places I'd be taking out a second mortgage to pay for the repair and I wouldn't feel the overall satisfaction I do knowing the job had been done right. I will take any and all of our computers to Sean for service and/or repair. I highly recommend S&S.
Top-Notch Repair – My PC refused to boot, and I lacked the necessary disk to correct the problem. Sean took care of that malfunction and thoroughly cleaned the innards of my tower. Then, after fixing numerous registry errors and testing the condition of my aging hard drive, he helped me purchase a new hard drive and took care of the installation. And, for all his work, he charged a nominal fee. I couldn't be more pleased. My computer, as of now, is running like a brand new machine. ERIC G.
