WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE – DEALT WITH A MICHELE WHO COULDNT HAVE BEEN NASTIER. THEN TRANSFERRED TO A GUY WHO TRIED TO INTIMIDATE ME. ITS AS THOUGH YOUR WORKING WITH A NASTY CULT. KEEP IN MIND YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. DEAL WITH RESPECTFUL PEOPLE AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

BAD sales representatives = POS dealer. – These people at Life quality audi are very cocky, they not only ignored my several requests to speak with a sales rep, in fact they asked me if i were actually purchasing a vehicle in a very bad tone. and indeed i was looking in to an Audi S5 and is ready to put down payment that night but, the sales reps were so ignorant i will never be giving them any business and fromt he looks of the other reviewers, this place does not seem to please anyone.

AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS DEALER IS RATED AT 4 STARS when EVERYONE GAVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they should go out of business very soon i hope they do actually.

Turned loyal VW owners off VW – The sales staff here are aggressive, bordering on confrontational, and forget why they're supposed to be in business. Why's that? Oh yeah, the customer. We experienced nothing but pressure tactics and when they realized we weren't ready to buy a car on the spot, our sales rep ditched us and actually took off for lunch. This dealership lacks an understanding of respect for the customer. We have been VW owners for the last 15 years, and our experience here was enough to turn us away from VW, possibly forever. This dealership needs a serious review by VW because they are doing way more harm than good. The cars are great, but if you have to deal with these guys, beware. We walked away from our experience more frustrated than we've ever been. Now that's saying something.

Summary: Bad Customer Service, AVOID THIS PLACE. My car broke down and I took it to Life Quality Audi. I had not heard back from them for a day until I called the next day. No loaner car was given, they said that they have 2 weeks waiting list for a loaner. It took them 3 days to fix a simple problem. AVOID THIS DEALER AND SERVICE CENTER.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! – Summary: Bad Service at a High Premuim.

My car broke down 2 weeks ago and I had it taken to Life Quality Volkswagen on the Monday based on the rule of thumb that although the dealership is expensive the service is good.

This place breaks that rule in everyway. I had not heard back from them for a day until I called. They then said that they had the car and would get back to me soon. It took them the entire day to turn this around and came back to me with news that my car had failures amount to $3k worth of parts/labour and service. I gave the go ahead to fix the car hoping that although expensive this would make the car like new...well I had to chase them the next two days until finally I called on the Thursday and they said the car was being test driven but was ready for collection.

When I arrived to collect my car another customer was screaming at the VW liason (a sentiment I now understand well). Once I got in the car and started it I noticed that warning lights were still on. I asked them about this and they said it was probably a loose cable and since I needed the car for the weekend I could bring it back on Monday for a quick fix...well I returned on Monday and handed in the car. At the end of Monday they did call to say they had not looked at the car yet but would get back to me on Tuesday first thing. No call on Tuesday...finally on Wednesday afternoon I called them and they said that they did not have the final quote for the new 'broken' part but would call me back soon. They did indeed call me back and through another $700 issue at me.

At this point I would not want to spend another cent with them and have told them to leave as is as I will fetch the car and make another (cheaper) plan.

I have learnt my lesson...do not take your car here..it is not worth the money and is worse than anyother bad autoshop I have every dealt with.

Avoid it like plague ! – I created this account just to review this dealership. My cousin just before he handed over the jetta told me to avoid the VW "stealerships" and to go for local auto servicings. How I wished I listened to him.

My first experience with a dealer in Connecticut was not that bad so I decided to give it one more try with a VW dealer here in brooklyn.

I looked up the dictionary for a word worse than "pathetic" unfortunately couldn't find it so here goes the review.

They are the most pathetic of *all* the auto service people I have come across in my long 30 years of life. I depend on my car for my office work and I took upaid leave so that they could fix my car which was promised to me within one day in writing. He regretted he would take another day and then he stopped responding after two days. They wouldnt pickup my calls and wouldnt respond to voice messages. Every time I call I am placed on long hold and then either the person in charge is not in office or stepped out or on lunch or with a customer or whatever. If i demanded to speak to his supervisor he would *ALWAYS* be in a meeting. I know its a old trick to stop customers from complaining. I worked in a call center too. They way they treat customers like a beech was apalling. My car is in their garage !! i can't go to office. darn. at the least respond and let me know what's wrong with my car !!!

I am sadenned. Never again will I go to a VW dealer. My local mechanic is much friendlier.
