Super Satisfied! – I have been a long time customer of Grace's, it is going on about 4 years since my first visit. Over the years I have gotten a number of different treatments, from organic facials, microdermabrasion, to (MY FAVORITE-) photo facials. The photo facials have really helped with evening my skin tone and minimizing broken capillaries. Whatever the treatment I am always pleased with the results. Both Grace and her staff are generous with their time (I never feel rushed) and their knowledge of skincare. This spa is a rel neighborhood jewel.

Great service – My wife has used Grace's dayspa for several years. Now when she travels to New York City, she always drops in for phenomenal facials and eyebrows which she loves. Grace is the only one that can shape her eyebrows like a movie star. The body treatment (endermology) keeps my wife in great shape. This is her other favorite treatment.

She also likes the professionalism of the ladies working in the spa and their friendliness and good attitude.

I always buy her a gift certificate when she travels back to NYC, and this is usually the highlight of her trip.

Temple for your body and soul – I was blown away by the quality of service. Still can't go over professionalism, personal approach, great personal attention. They offer so many unique services and are open to what's new. Grace is ever challenger herself. They have great line of products that you cannot find anywhere. LOOOOOVE the spa and I've been hooked from the very first time Grace gave me one of her facials. Every time you walk out of the spa you feel fabulous!!!

great deal – I booked a day of beauty for myself and my sister a few days before my wedding. I got a couple of spa packages for us, which included a mani and pedi, a massage, a body scrub and facial- all for $175 per person!!!. I was at first skeptical, as the price seemed very low in comparison to what I usually pay, but the spa was recommended by a good friend so I decided to go ahead with it and I am very glad I did.

Grace really knows her stuff... she did an amazing job on the facial. She gave me a few tips and made some recommendations on my skin care regiment that I've taken her up on, that really work. The mani and pedi were done with great care, and scrub was also great. The only thing I disliked was the massage. The massage in itself was nice, but I believe that a massage is 50% actual act and 50% atmosphere (i.e. silence, serenity, peaceful music etc). I got my massage done by Grace and once she noticed that I had a few spider veins on my legs, she wouldn't stop talking about all the great treatments she has to prevent the spider veins and even eliminating the ones I already have... I found her talking to be distracting and it took away from the great massage she was giving. My sister did the massage with another girl, so I would recommend booking with her, because my sister loved her massage.

All in all, a good experience... I would go back.

Grace is the best... – I was recommended to Grace by a makeup artist. When I went, I was a bit gun shy from previous overpriced dermatologists and slightly suspicious. However, as I got to know Grace, I realized she really knows her stuff. She uses the latest technologies and is always learning about the latest way to care for our skin. I've gone to the pricey Upper East Side derms and they've done nothing for me. With Grace I've actually seen results.

Most professional yet affordable skin rejuvenating treatments – This is the BEST spa I have been to so far, and I am a fanatic when it comes to skin treatments.

I simply walked in without having an appointment and they took very good care of me. I had a free consultation during which I was told what my options are. My easthetician has planned out a customized schedule of treamtents to improve my skin (I had a lot of sun spots). I was told the approximate amount of money I would have to spend, but since I am on a "programm" I was told that my prices would be lower than they are on the pricelist. I was told that the process could take up to a few weeks since the skin needs time to adjust and heal, and until they will see how I respond to the combination of treatments, the initial suggestions might change. I realy like the way my case has been treated because I felt like they monitor my skin, and that I do not have to worry about it or guess, which treatment I should chose.

Very relaxed atmosphere and away from main streets!

Good for less involved services. But I was given the runaround. – I inquired about the laser skin rejuvantion they advertise at Grace's Day Spa. I asked for a consultation so I could learn about the process and the cost. At the consultation I was told that I needed to get one session microdermabrasion so she could evaluate my skin for the laser process. Then would she tell me how much for the laser?

Microdermabrasion was $150 dollars and then she said I needed to come back for more microdermabrasion so she could further evaluate. At this point I realized I was being strung along.

It's too bad for them I wasn't given the information I asked for up front. I was willing to shell out a lot more than $150 for what I wanted.

(The microdermabrasion is okay, but the machine does not shoot crystals like most dermatologists use. It uses a diamond abrasive tool instead.)

Best Services at Great Prices! – I love this spa, everyone is so warm and friendly, I started going there for facials and pedicures, but now I also do Endermologie. Which is this AMAZING machine which breaks up and gets rid of cellulite!! It is the most relaxing procedure, it feels like the BEST massage you ever had!! And the results are unbelievable, my husband is very happy!! Go there just for the experience. I promise you, you won't regret it!!
