i love these guys. i was renovating my kitchen and needed to buy a whole list of appliances i shoped around to all the local dealers including pc richard.big daddy's store located on kings highway beat all the prices.the manager enrique also took care of all the rebate forms for me.he is great i have recomended them to all my friends

Horrible service. Do not purchase from Big Daddy Electronics. Their customer service is horrible. I dropped $1000 on two air conditioners, and one of them wasn't cooling properly. The guys who installed them mixed them up and installed the one for the bedroom in the living room and vice versa. When they came to swap them, the service guy did a horrible, rush job. I had to have the service guys return to do the job right, and they didn't show up when they said they would and acted annoyed when my roommate had to leave the apartment.

To top it off, one of the a/c's isn't functioning properly, so now I have to have a repair person look at it (and of course Big Daddy does not schedule any kind of repair on your behalf).

So go elsewhere so you don't get a bunk product and awful service.
